Recon is a very "iffy" area, I think. Due to many times where marines lead "warthog rushes" toward the enemy line. That, I think, could be seen as a sort of reconnaissance, maybe not into entire form, but could easily serve as such.

Alright. I understand your thinking there. But my general philosophy remains the same.
Anyway, I need to get some sleep. Goodnight, everyone.

Hm. What polite conversation. I'm oddly amazed. Regardless, I hope you two...--'scuse me--three have read up on what's happened in the current thread in case your profiles/tests get accepted. I would rather not have to do a summary. Besides, reading up on it is far more interesting.

I'm thinking of just making a new post and deleting my old one. No one has replied to it in more than a few pages and by now it is lost in the depths of last month. Though I believe I should wait for these guys to join in.

Thankfully, with my spare time over the past week, I've been able to catch a bit up to speed. Got about four pages into the more current RP, and I've been looking around older RPs for anything that may be mentioned in the more recent times by any survivors from said RPs.

<******** school consulars are lazy. They lied to me and told me they would give me my results to the ASVAB a week ago. All I hear about is other students getting theirs back with less that par scores, predictable results though. sweatdrop

That's right, Intrepid. I told you a month or so ago that I was probably going to join. It's been a while, no? How are you doing, man?
And, yes, Tendencies, I will be reading up on the role play. I prefer doing that because then I will actually be fully aware of what's happening. Summaries are less efficient. Just give me three or four days to skim through all of the posts.

How nice this is. I like having pleasant conversation in the Mess Hall again. And maybe they haven't given you yours back yet, John, is because they're so amazed by how good you did. :'D

Bah, this RP holds partially nothing, that I've found, in information on standard marine whereabouts, if any got away. Running in the dark and starting back from page 1. Maybe, with a little bit of luck, I'll find the evacuation order and get something.

So, I'm wondering now what the status of my profile currently is. When will the moderators fill out the "DO NOT TOUCH THIS PART" portion of my profile?

I believe I can answer that.
Possibly today, possibly tomorrow, possibly after that.

Mmm. Sounds good. Thanks.
So what do you all have planned for your Sunday afternoon and evening?
