"Lets say, I passed the scythe onto a child. I don't just die and waste away. I join the scythe. Every weilder of the scythe is in it's blade, ever since the beginning. The entire family is right there." Kagu sighed, staring up at the sky now. "They decided if whether or not the next child can take the scythe. I've been told by some of the more older members they weren't always so picky.. Until recently in the past millenia or so the younger members got picky.."
"They vote on who becomes the next weilder. And right now, the youngest family members aren't happy with my offspring except for two. My son and the half breed, except they don't like the idea she has human blood.."
