Raquel only breathed next to his ear slightly, for just a few moments, taking in the loveliness of everything about him and his touch, and this moment. She finally pulled away though, getting into a more comfortable position, partially on his chest, partially on the bed, so she could still look up at him comfortably, and not crush him. "I read it in one of my novels...and it struck a lovely chord in me..." She sighed, kissing his shoulder.

Raquel just looked at him with large loving eyes, studying his face so intently like she loved to do. "I feel the same... but now Darling, you look so exhuasted... get some sleep...she leaned over and even kissed his eyelids to help them shut sweetly. "I promise I'll be here when you wake up...just like you promised me you would be." She whispered softly, before she began humming a sweet lullaby, reaching her hand up to stroke his hair to help him drift off to sleep.

Raquel fell silent as his breaths became soft and slow, knowing he must have finally dozed off. She would try to sleep eventually as well, but how could she? Her heart was utterly bubbling over, and her mind racing from happiness. The ring on her finger felt so...right. It was something that at a certain point, she never thought she'd have. She figured she'd end up alone, dangling from her apartment ceiling...

But there was no room in her heart and mind for such thoughts. There was only Damian. She had noticed small quirks he had, but never the little details she knew she loved. She had always been one to try not to look at details, so as not to get too involved with someone or something. But Damian... he was her everything. She simply laid next to him, watching his eyelids flicker in his sleep. The way his face would tense or relax as he dreamed. How he would occasionally mumble or let out a soft moan with a sigh or smile as he would unconsciously hold her tighter. She loved all of that. She loved all of him. Part of her prayed he hadn't just proposed to her because he felt he had to, what with Richard and Lorey's somewhat recent engagement. But there was somehting about how he had presented it... hinting he had been planning on it for a long time... it jstu amde her heart swell more. SO much it physically hurt, but she loved it.

Somehow, amidst the emotion surging through her, she managed to slowly fall asleep, so so content in her fiance's hold.

Raquel felt his grip suddenly loosen as she furrowed her brow. She had slept surprisingly well, if not lightly. She blinked her eyes softly, finally opening them to see an awake and lovely Damian. She smiled lightly, closing her eyes. "I just had the loveliest dream..." She murmured sleepily, reaching up to rub her eyes tiredly, though pulled he hand back to see that silver ring sparkling and shining in the light that was creeping through the windows. She blinked blankly for a moment, just staring at it. "...So it wasn't a dream..." She whispered softly, as some of the light reflected off the gem and onto her face and eyes.

Raquel smirked a little, rolling on her side too look at him. "And I'll say it a thousand times more...Yes...Yes ...Yes-" With each yes, she gave him a kiss on the lips.

"Oh, speaking of you're outpouring..." She sat up a little. "I wanted to thank you..." She looked down a little, before giving him a small smile. "For more than just the usual, making me utterly happy..." She smiled a bit wider, deterring her eyes.
"I...Haven't been having my nightmares recently..." She swallowed slightly with that confession. "...the whirlwind of fear, pain, memories... It's all seemed to dissipate and replaced with thoughts of you..." She looked down, fiddling with her hands as her eyes darkened around the edges with the thought. "It's like...I like to worry about you... That sounds weird but, I like when you open up to me like you did..." She glanced up at him shyly, messing with her fingers, and fiddling with the ring on her hand.
"I mean, I dont want to worry about you...It's just the thought of you I'd rather have occupy my mind, good or bad..." She smiled lightly. "That and I love knowing more about you through you love...I love when you open up to me." She smiled up at him with appreciation and adoration.

Raquel smiled sweetly, crawling over to receive and give kisses. "Now I do... I'm glad... And I'd like to hear happy stories. I'm sure The adventures of little Damey would be hysterical and so sweet..." She kissed his neck, then his jaw sweetly, wanting to nibble on his ear, though didn't want to make anything uncomfortable.

Raquel's eyes sparkled as she laughed at the thought of a tiny Damian's disgusted face. She laid down next to him, snuggling up as she thought on it. "I dont think I've ever tried caviar. It never really looked too tasty, but..." She shrugged slightly. "...what...exactly is it?" She blushed, embarassed as she had only seen pictures of caviar, but never really knew what it was made of, let alone what it tasted like.

Raquel smiled and wrinkled her nose. "Sounds...appetizing..." She stuck out her tongue, before nuzzling her head into him.

She sighed with a slight moan, resting her ringed hand on his chest. "Is is bad...that I sort of dont want Richard and Lorey to come home?" She looked up at him with big, questioning eyes. "I love having you...and the whole house...just to ourselves...." She smiled slyly, sliding her hands down and moving her self slightly so she was slightly on top of him. She smiled softly, though her eyes were lustful and wanting, leaning down for a little kiss... which turned inot a much deeper kiss. Though she stopped herself, remembering her own words.

"I-....I Was thinking-" She said suddenly, bright red and backing off. "What if... we try to wait... and not do anything again...until after we're married?...so...it's like a lot more special and we'll enjoy it more sine we've held off...?" She offered, thinking about it. "But I'm not sure if you'd just explode..." She laughed a little, sitting up, still on his chest.
