"I hate it too. I usually stay, cause I wanna make sure i get healed and everything..." He sighed. "But there is nothing to do."

Amnity looked around the room. "There has to be something we could do..." Getting up, she walked to the utility closet. She found a few large white blankets, a wheel chair, and a few medical supplies. Taking the blankets, she walked back to her stretcher.
There was a metal frame on the banister of the stretcher, she stuck a part of the blanket on it and made sure it stayed. She gently took out her IV needle, not even wincing at the pain. She brought the IV stand on the foot of the bed and draped the other end of the blanket on it. Now, it looked like a tent made out of a white hospital blanket...But it was a tent non the less. "...Perfect!" Amnity exclaimed, lifting a part of the blanket and entered the little sanctuary. "Come in Mephlius! It's cool." She called out a bit childishly.

He pulled his IV bag off the stand, walked into the tent, and and put it on the stand holding up the tent. "Stupid IV bag..." He turned back to Amnity, and smiled. "Now we've got another little Credo here. We can go on a date in the hospital."

Amnity chuckled a bit, smiling brightly. "I used to do this all the time. When I'm somewhere where I hate to be, I try to find a blanket and make a tent." She pulled her knees to her chest to make more space. "And you're right, just doing this would be much cheaper than going on a date to the movies or dinner. We could talk about anything in here." She let out another laugh. "I feel like a child now."

"I'm glad that I feel like a child in here... I've got some childhood memories I'd be glad to overwrite." He sat down right next to her, and put his knees to his chest like her.

Amnity got an idea. "Stay here, I'll be right back." She crawled out of the little tent and went back to the closet. "Come on...There has to be one here....Ah-ha!" She found a flashlight next to the wheel chair and smiled. Turning the lights off, she crawled back into the little white tent and turned the flashlight back on. Shining the light on a part of the blanket, she sat back down next to Mephlius and steadies the flashlight on her knees. Amnity chuckled as she began making shadow puppets. Now she really felt like a child. She formed her hands in a shape as a shadow of a cat reflected on the blanket.

Mephlius smiled, and put his hands in the way of the flashlight, making a small bunny that could move its ears and wiggle its arms. ((I can actually do this one.))

((I bet you practiced long and hard to perfect it.))
Amnity chuckled at the little bunny. She formed a shadow of a dog with her hands and made it attack the little rabbit, she even made little barking sounds to animate the creature. The hunter had the body and the voice of a woman, but inside she was just a little child without a care in the world.

Mephlius' little bunny just watched. Mephlius twitched a finger, and the little bunny twitched it's nose. When Am's dog bit off the ear, Meph lowered a finger, and the bunny was now missing an ear. He moved two other fingers, making the little shadow bunny feel the area where it used to have an ear. He laughed lightly.

Mephlius winced, as one of his bullet wounds hurt again. He put his hands back down, and held his stomach. I've gotta get better... I've gotta get better by Saturday... ((3 days till I reveal my big plot.))

Amnity immediately noticed his discomfort and pulled her hands back as well. "Mephlius? Mephlius what's wrong?" She asked, quickly placing the flashlight on the floor. "Do you want me to call Dr.Gail?" Amnity placed a hand on his shoulder and a hand on his shoulder and the other hand held his arm.
((tell me now! I hate waiting.. crying ))

((Pshaw fine, I'll flip a coin. Heads I tell, tails I don't -flip- Heads. Okay.
My excuse will be that he's going back home, first to his hunter parents, then to his Lycan parents. He's going to claim that he's "Dealing with the demons of his past", but he's actually going to...
Nah, I'd have to give away what will happen after I get back, and I'm not telling you that!))
Mephlius looked over to her. He picked up the hand that she wasn't holding the arm of, and put it on top of her hand on his shoulder. He kept his other arm across his stomach. "No, don't call Gail. I'll be fine. I just stretched wrong, and a couple nerves touched wrong or something."

((Oh for goodness- Do you get kicks from making impatient people wait?! gonk ))
Amnity looked at him with an extremely worried look. "Get on the stretcher then, you still aren't well rested yet." She instructed as she helped him get out of the little tent. "You lied to me, you aren't okay." She pointed out as she took the white blanket off the IV stand and brought it closer to him.

((No, not really.))
"Well I didn't say I was 'Okay'... I said I was 'a little better'..." He paused a second, then began following her. "Wait, my IV." He went back for the IV bag, and brought it with him. He propped it back up on its own stand.

Amnity pointed to the stretcher. "Rest, that's an order." And she was damn serious about it too.
