This is, literally, impossible. xDD Amusing, but impossible.
Your first dice number has to be from 1-10, giving you a 10% chance of getting one of those numbers.
Your second dice number has to match that, giving you a 1% chance.
Your last number also has a 1% chance, as you can only get a 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, or 100, depending on which number your first roll was. xDD;;
If someone manages to get it, they're extremely lucky. I don't think it can be managed with just 5 rolls for one person a day. However, with the interest Soq generates, I suppose it might be possible if everyone in the thread came to roll.
