"That's why we have these." He said, gingling his own vial. "If I die, pour mine down my throat...if you die I will do the same for you...but I find these taste really gross...and well...dieing is never too fun." He said with a laugh. "So when ever you are ready." He stated with a grin.

He just smiled, his face not changing at all, obviously he had no reason to intimidate people with facial expressions, his skill did all the intimidating that he needed. He just walked in circles around her, waiting for an opening to attack.

The smile stayed as he circled her and surprisingly he sheathed his sword with a grin. He remembered the duel that he had had before. He smiled as he thought of it and was ready to practice that type right now. His hands were held firmly on the hilt as he circled her, still looking for an opening. Eventually he would find one.

She followed Raven with her eyes. In her mind she tried to find the concentration, strenght and calmness she would need to be able to defeat Raven. She concentrated on the present and forgot the past. In a real fight, it would matter if she would live or die, as long as she knew she had fought with all her strenght and had nothing to be assamed of. Keeping a neutral face, not thinking much of Raven's smile, she waited for his attack.

Raven continued the facial expression as he circled her. Finally he decided he could not wait any longer. As she was not creating any openings he decided that maybe he would take her by surprise instead. He circled her about three more times before all of a sudden he just stepped back a pace quickly and at the same time as he began stepping back used both ands to unsheath the blade in a slash at her side.

Mae nodded, he had hoped for something, and this setback certianly wasn't pleasnt, but he was ready to work around it. "Very well then. We should start with holding a sword then, you should learn to use a sword one handed, and if you can, with one in both hands, but just starting with one, you're going to want to grip it around the middle of the hilt, so you can get both power and control. Try it." He said, demonstrating how one should hold a katana, which was similar to the sword Jule was using.

"Something like that. Now, the most important part, is in the feet. You'll generally want your right foot foward with your left foot back about shoulder width apart. Your wieght should generally be distributed evenly. You want to have your knees bent so that you're sitting on your muscles, and not your bones..." Mae trailed off, detecting that he was probably not making too much sense. "Like this" He said, putting his right foot foward and distributing his weight evenly while putting his left foot at a bit of an angle.

She was just begining to wonder when Raven was going attack, when he made his move. She wared off the attack, and attacked at the same time. She went after him, swung her sword downwards towards Raven's head.
