Hikari shook her head. "It's fine. Fayt'll probably need to get his cut checked with me again or something so I want to be ready." she said with a nod.

Sees Rina heading back to her seat and contacts the officials again "This is The Alliance again and we are good to go."

Rina quickly contacted the officials. "This is the navigator of the alliance requesting our starting number for the race."
Rina turned to Fayt. "were starting as number 27 there are 5 ships ahead of us before we can launch."

Sighs "but I hate waiting. Oh well." Sits patiently waiting for the go ahead and when he finally gets it he launches the Alliance at full speed trying to gain as much ground as possible on the ships ahead of them.

"Ok according to the officials this is how it works. the order in which the ships finish does not necessarily guarentee their place. its all determined by who has the best overall time. the course is filled with obstacles and dangers so part of the race is not just speed but finding the shortest and most successful routs around or through obstacles. or we can always be risk takers and pull stunts like going straight through the obstacles and danger zones. the course is up to us as long as we pass all the checkpoints in the proper order. also were required to take a one hour pit and rest stop"
