So I'm not too happy with some of these ban arrangements. I'm not sure yet if Quenthal gave people a reason for their ban or just banned them, but we were doing a purge due to inactivity.

I'll have to admit, I can not say I am very happy with how the banning/purging worked out. Two members who are active in my thread got banned. One after they had already sent in thier PM request not to be, and the other was a Goddess from our pantheon that I worked very hard to contact since that particular account was not very active. I even requested that we not ban our accepted drow god's and goddess.
I don't think it was intended to cause such problems, but it's brought rp'ing almost to a complete halt for me here.
I hope the mods have a discussion about this very soon and work this out. I can tell you there are some very angry UnderGaian's out there. Some of them might not return to us which is a shame. I'll be watching the outcome of this closely and deciding for myself if I'm going to continue to remain active.

Eilistraee is still in the Guild. That was an error that has been resolved.

Atrasententia Eilistraee is still in the Guild. That was an error that has been resolved. Ok, that's a relief. She was missing from the Guild Member's list when I checked before I sent my post.

I think that despite what happened, they should accept their invites back and return. Everyone makes mistakes.

My only really complaints are the difficultly of getting into a decent roleplay (which I admit is more or less my fault) and crew activity, I ve been here for quite a while and upon looking at the members list realized I have no idea who some of the crew are

Serethiel Maerukai So I'm not too happy with some of these ban arrangements. I'm not sure yet if Quenthal gave people a reason for their ban or just banned them, but we were doing a purge due to inactivity. Her announcements were rude and depressing and that is all I have to say.

In the past Serethiel has made many attempts to prompt our inactive members to become active. Many of the people on our list have never even posted and they were here longer than myself.
Chingus, I wrote down all the names of the people who sent me pm's so that I would not ban them. It was a list of about...mm...50 or more people. Forgive me then, if I accidentally banned one of the members in your thread.
Oh, and about you "requesting that the accepted gods not be banned"
Here's the pm you sent me about that. Chingus gonk please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please pleaseplease please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please pleaseplease please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please pleaseplease please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please....pretty please
In the beginning, when I started to ban people I gave one word saying "inactive". Then I just quit. It was wrong of me not to have put that on all of them. I admit it, and I apologize.
I noticed on some of the join requests of the people who have re-joined that they mentioned they only hung out in one particular area of the guild, an area where most people wouldn't even realized they existed. Again, forgive me.
Also, if these people really want to stay in this guild there is a "Join Guild" button. Click it.
I also do not have a problem with re-inviting anyone to this guild who expresses the wish to remain here. They just have to send me a PM.
And as far as how I make my announcements....
I am not here to kiss anyone's a**. As I mentioned earlier the guild captain has made many announcements about becoming active and so on and so forth. Many of these people haven't shown any interest whatsoever of becoming active.
It's annoying from my standpoint when there have been plenty of warnings issued, politely, and few have showed their faces.
Myself, I am blunt and to the point. I don't feel the need to be polite, they've had plenty of time and warnings to get their asses in gear. stare

Everyone was given ample amount of time to PM her and everyone knew the circumstances and consequences. She was not harsh at all in her warning, just blunt. It isn't hard to click the PM button and send a short message to ensure your place in UG. Those who didn't are just lazy and obviously didn't care if they were banner. Those who didn't and are nagging about it now need to suck it up and quit their bitching cause everyone was given the same chance to claim their stay. Even if you thought you position here was an automatic give-me and you thought you were the exception to the warning, you still should of PMed her. I am here sister and sat beside her and told her I didn't want to be banned, but I still PMed her even if I didn't feel like it. So everyone needs to quit your bitching. If you were banned, but didn't want to be just simple click the "Join Guild" button. It's not to difficult.
