Keely nodded and gathered up what she had, slipping it into the bag that they had brought. "Wouldn't it be easier to try and grow these things around the fortress...then we'd have a constant supply of things. The land should be good enough...and we can set up water gardens as well. Shouldn't be too hard." Suggested casually, as Keely usually did perhaps not realizing the brilliance of such an idea. But she pulled herself up on Faete. "Alright, let's get back, I'm getting cold..." After all, she was human, she felt these things.

"What number do I need again."

"You want as close to twenty one as you can get, without going over it."

He studied his cards on the floor, calculating numbers in his head. "Hit me."

Sevilin slid over a card face down to the boy...yes he was playing blackjack with Malik's son. It was interesting to say the least, but he didn't think Malik would want his son with just anyone right now and someone had to watch the boy while Malik had his own...which was mind boggling in the first place. He dealt himself his own card and looked to the boy. "Well?"

"What are the special cards again?"

"People cards are ten, the single cards are either one or eleven."

"I'm good." Smiling broadly, he was good at this game...or at least his numbers said so.

"Alright, me too. Flip your cards." Look at that, the kid won again. This kid had a poker face like nobodies business...must of got it from Malik. "Good thing we're not gambling."

She gave a grin and a giggle at the hug. It was nice to be appreciated. "Aw, I think that's a bit much...I just like to think practically." But giving a nod then waiting till they were home, following in after Zahara, making sure to pick up anything that dropped out of the bag as Zahara walked. But a pause at the boys...at least two of them.

Sevilin gave a grin as his cards came up in his favor this time, and then looked over to Zahara. Oh good she was back and still wearing her chainmail. Keely looked alright too. "He's in Malik's study...wanted to talk to him about something." Giving a slight shrug at that before a look to Malikhai. "Another round or are you going to go with Keely?"

"I'm gonna go with Keely...I'm hungry now anyway." After all, he hadn't eaten much. Thus handing his cards to Sevilin to put away and getting himself up, toddling over to Keely. No doubt she would make him something quick.

Keely took the little elf by the hand, leading him into the kitchen where she quickly whipped up grilled cheese sandwiches for the both of them, taking him to the table and setting the plate down in front of him...at least he was feeling a little better. Though who knew what tomorrow was going to be like.

He watched in slight interest as she didn't continue on and merely plopped down next to him on the floor. "There was no money or items exchanged, just the rules and mechanics. Thus no gambling was technically involved. Though I doubt Malik would be upset...boy has quite the poker face and we weren't even playing poker either." Sitting there quietly as his hands played with cards. "Get everything you needed?"

"Ceiling cracked open, that's what leaked through...don't expect it to go anywhere anytime soon, and just stay away from it. It melted that thing that was trying to take out Vesendar, and it was pretty big. Disentigrated it, and pretty much the whole of the Pura Peninsula." Though then a look up to her from cards, watching her a moment. "With?"

He nodded. "That wouldn't be too much of a problem...would take more work in carving things out without runes but that's an easy solved problems...lots of things in the Underdark are acidic." He looked away as if trying to look up at the thoughts in his head. "Yeah, I could make that work...you'd have to build out of planters and such anyway. I could manage." He liked making things anyway.

He blinked at her sudden burst of happy and watched as she went about planning things. "Well, just write me out a list of the type of things needed for each and I'll plan around that." He was good at that kind of thing, so that would make things easier for them all. Though he was quite surprised when she pulled out an apology. One that sounded sincere this time. "Is it as bad as you thought it was?"

"Not obsessively like I do, but I would appreciate it if you wore it when you were out and about in the underdark. Especially with that earthquake of late...things are all unstable and creatures disgruntled. And chainmail that isn't made for you is always uncomfortable. So if you wish to be more comfortable, you better have one made to suit your needs." See, he wasn't being overbearing about this, it was just when she didn't have anything else to protect her around.
