After the announcement, let it be assumed that your PokeDex can get an upgrade via the nearest regional professor. It's just simpler that way.
Those without a 'Dex, you can still get one, and I'm okay with it being fully upgraded and stuff, but I don't think that Rowan will be handing them out at the seminar. You still have to go to a Professor and have him give you one.
Those without and choose to be without will have to find out about the new moves and stuff via the good old-fashioned method - the internet. After the announcement it's safe to say that new information about Pokemon and moves would probably flood the world wide web so yeah. Keep in mind that you'd have to spend significant time researching, even through the web.
And in other news, there was a fire in my apartment last night! No major damages, someone let a candle or something get out of control in the apartment below ours... smoke everywhere, panic... but fear not, everything is fine. They did, however, send two firetrucks to deal with it. Amusing indeed.

THIS IS THE FINAL WARNING.
Okay, so since I'm kind of tired of waiting endlessly for people to bring me their music for the second OST, I've decided to make a cut-off date. I dunno when it will be, but I'm providing this final warning to be a bit more fair. Remember, you need a regular theme and a Battle theme!

Kirsa (Theme/Battle)
Those are just the characters. I've got various other themes too, but those are ones that only I need to worry about.
Get them in. :] Or your character just won't be on the OST.

Does this mean you've got the mp3 file for Crenu's theme? Casue if not then I have the CD with the song on it at home. The battle theme is different, I'm having a hard time finding it to download it.
