It created a problem, being that someone was told misinformation. This way made sure it would not happen again. Thus, it was necessary. Yes, I went quite overboard, but that way it was paid attention to.

Theres no rule against that. We cant have everyone using the same picture, but if two people have the same one, no big deal.

having the same pic shouldn't even be an issue, pictures are representations of the character, they are not, or at least should not be exactly how your character looks. The pic I have of Kai is not exactly how I picture Kai, or how I try to describe him in my posts.
