I wouldn't.
Star Trek is so much more interesting to watch than read.

Nelowulf Depends on how many are assimilated into the borg. They could probably adapt to the blasters, but really it depends on if the jedi can repel them. Yeah, real question is if the lightsaber blades count as a frequency they can adapt to. Oh, and Cale, I'm reading it right now. I probably won't finish for a bit, it's long and I have to do the dishes soon, but I will end it. (I never envisioned Mara as a Janeway sort though.)

Yep
On a side note, I found an antique Star Trek roleplay novel in my teacher's classroom. It's about as fun to read as a copy of Reader's Digest

In Agents of Chaos II: Dark Tide, Luke mentions tuning his lightsaber power to cut a newly discovered mineral/metal.

Which means that they'd adapt to blade frequencies too... Man this would be so fun to watch...

I'd just assume the Borg would utilize phrik alloy or another defensive metal, rather than the frequency.
A lightsaber swipe is almost too fast to really do anything against, and lightsaber can pierce through shields given enough hits. The borg aren't really fast, so the key is how fast they can take over.
Though the borg probably wouldn't be able to use the force. Couldn't focus enough.

Heck, they've gone into the past before, what's to say they won't time travel to a long time ago? It'd be awesome to see in a SW tales comic or something.
