Don't talk about things being unfair to you like I made it specifically against you. If this system was created specifically against anyone at all, it's definitely Hei. No doubt. Hei has been the fastest, the strongest, and the best Hakuda user/Swordsman for a long time now. You know what he excels in now? Reiatsu and PS.
The thing is, you do get benefits because Tada is a Lt, so he can exceed in both Hakuda and Zanjutsu. If it's such a big deal, change his dynamic.

When I say unfair, I don't automatically mean just for myself even though i'm probably the only one bothered by it. I know you wouldn't go to that length to target me and probably wouldn't even give a s**t enough to do so.
...Change his dynamic? Really? That's like getting Rush Limbaugh to go on the other side of the political spectrum...
I'm not wasting points with Hakuda for sure. Now, if I was joining this RP for the first time and saw this, i'd immediately go for Kido and/or Agility ups. Now i'm locked in to the 9th's specialties by default since I used to think it didn't matter what Division you joined, especially if it's a non-specialty Division (as in not the 11th, which is battle-centric).
Edit: And while we're at it, my profile's still locked so I couldn't even make any changes that I have little idea how to do.

Story wise, how would that even work?
Tadashi: Hi, I know we were just exiled to the Human World and you've got a lot on your plates, but can I change Divisions? I'm not happy with the Captain that I had no problem with before.
Anyway, this is only one aspect of the things i'm having a problem with. I don't know how i'm supposed to math-wise balance out the specializations or whatever (even though there's only two since I don't know what to do on applying or removing points) or what I need to change.

Well, the code, I think it's actually easier working it out in a Word Document or something like that.
Tried to do it on the internet but it failed. 3nodding
I can unlock your profile, Dai-Dai, but am I allowed to, Tiger?
Story-wise, perhaps Tadashi was re-assigned as his abilities suited a different division? What division did you want to go into anyway?

Fine, I request a transfer to the 6th Division as a Lieutenant if that's not taken. If it is, I take the 2nd Division as a Lieutenant.
Can I hit 10 as a Lieutenant or was that not changed?
...I thought the saying was 'no skin off my bones'...
Angel, the code's not the problem. The stuff i'm supposed to put INTO it is. I still have no idea how i'm going to work out my abilities to match the new system of armor piercing or whatever.

I don't believe 6th Division has a Lieutenant, but you might want to consult with Ichi-Ichi, just to make sure ~
I don't think Lieutenants can hit 10, unless of course, it's part of exceeding points or something like that...
...what do you mean work out your abilities? Armor piercing? It's just a little more detailed than before?
Edit: Perhaps start with assigning points to the categories - Zanjutsu, Kido, Agility, Hakuda, Reiatsu and Physical Strength - and then worry about sub-categories?

I'm just not good with this technical stuff at all...if only I could find some manual labor as a job choice and live on that, I would be set. How much can I even exceed? I don't see anything specified for that. Plus, if the division specialty ups how much you exceed, then are those just points you can add on right off the bat? So f***in' confusing! Edit: I hate change.

Yes, those are points you can add on right off the bat, but it won't be...implemented until the year and a half skip finishes, since it would be sort of weird if your character just suddenly had powers that he/she never had before. xd
Well, depending on your Squad, all the squad exceeding things are here.
So if you're the Lieutenant of Ninth Division, you can exceed in the sections of Hakuda and Zanjutsu. Hakuda can go all the way up to 12, Zanjutsu can go all the way up to 11. You don't have to go all the way, though, it's optional.
Any other questions? I'm sorry if I'm not making much sense, but I'll try to help with whatever I can...

I know about the ninth division's exceed thing, that was one of my major problems with the overhaul like I was discussing with Taigaa...I don't want Hakuda at all. Also, I was asking how MUCH can I exceed. Like, say my Agility is 11/10, how much can activating my Bankai increase it? (My Bankai's chief feature is increasing Agility by a very large amount. Also, Kido is amplified significantly but not as much). And I told y'all I suck at math...

Oh, how much you can exceed? I would think that would be the limit, but if your Bankai goes into increasing Agility, then I think that's best if you discuss that with Tiger herself. We don't exactly have anything for that. 3nodding
