Takiko nodded in understanding in Mortis words. Her skin was still very pale as she passed out.

Angel heard Mortis' angry words and she decided to see what was wrong. She quietly opened the door to her room, made her way down the hall and knocked on Mortis' door. "Mortis....Its Angel can I come in? I just want to talk."

Angel opened the door and entered quietly into Mortis' room. She crossed over to his bed, sat down and rubbed his back gently. " It alright Mortis, you can tell me ok."

"i...i've dealt with the sins before, before they found these new hosts." he started. "they....they destroyed my whole entire encampment....only i survived" he said sadly, his voice still muffled into his pillow.

A couple of tears escaped her eyes as she continued to rub his back comfortingly. "Yes but Yakiko.......She's still the same person......This doesnt change her Mortis."

Takiko was still passed out on the couch. The only color on her skin was the black marks for the seal on her forehead and the mark for the Seven Deadly Sins.

Angel sighed. "Yes but if you stay close to Yakiko, then that will not happen to her. She needs you Mortis...To help her stay level, so she wont be corrupted by power."
