ssAntonio Normals represent how many techs you can learn. The reason it wasn't ever changed to something more appropriate in name was an overlook that never really made a difference and it'd be relatively annoying to go and change everything from Normal to "Insert New Title". So... laziness on being the only mod at the moment. Ah, okay! I am just making sure I am not learning the system wrongly, that's all. I haven't used it, so I am relearning it all. So essentially, every 10 levels you can make a jutsu, every 15 you get a more powerful one, and every 5 you can make a basic like water walking, right?

Now when you say learn from someone else, you mean an NPC right? Just someone else that you create, yeah? From anyone. NPC, Event, Prize, or Player. IE - I create Technique A as my custom jutsu, I teach it to you, it's listed as a normal on your profile now.

However, with this system, it just says, every 5 intelligence, you get a basic jutsu, and every 10 you get any other. So...what's the difference between 'any other' and a custom? Or learning the most OP jutsu possible at level 10 intelligence. xD Learning jutsu from other people make up your normal jutsus. And go ahead and learn the most OP jutsu possible with 10 int, the results will be most humorous. I know it would be stupid, as the level of the jutsu corresponds to the level of your intelligence when you create the jutsu, yeah? So if you did desert sand coffin or whatever at level 10, it'd be a weak, shitty skill. BUT, all I am saying is that it seems like ALL jutsu are custom jutsu, no? So, why make a distinction between normal and custom? Normals represent how many techs you can learn. slowly building my profile, I'm doing a taijutsu strength build since there are so many nice perks that I never got to use with my previous characters. stats distributed now to make a name, bio, and where they from lol. 3nodding

Never did get that cool ghost lantern thing... I almost forgot about that short lived kunoichi of mine, Shiro.
No idea who I will make/use. been busy finishing an app. independent game design can be a butt on your free time.
going to take some time remembering how this all jives, getting a character designed, and making my RP mind work again. I haven't RP'd much at all since NFS.
