Oassu nodded "Well how many people from my social status have you found and asked about that really? Besides it's not that I don't like it it's just a little unusual for me and takes getting used to" he said plucking Cid off his head to place his beret there before linking hands with Felina "So are we ready?" he asked.

Gil nodded rubbing Satoshi's leg under the table with one of his lower arms in return "Well I hope so, the flipside of sword fanatics is that they might try and steal my swords because of their rarity and quality" he sighed not feeling reassured but leaning over to give Satoshi a little kiss anyway. "I'm going to go get another glass of wine would anyone else like some more?" he asked picking up his own glass. "And sure I'll have a little more if it's ok" he asked Yuki

Zadina beamed happily hearing the Viera sing "Well that was lovely Amane such a cute little song" he said joining in with the other's applause. "Where did you learn a nice song like that?" he asked hopping over to the couch with curiosity as he laid the dozy Merric down on the couch.

Itaka shook his head "No snow is common this time of year but rarely heavy enough to consider it a storm" he said waving goodbye to the guards as he padded Annabelle through the gate back onto the Traveller's road. "You should still be careful, it'll just take one inquisitive mage to dispell your little enchantment and gain access to your little treasure vault." he warned.

Felina nodded allowing Cid to ride happily perched on her shoulder "Yes I am ready to go have some informal fun for a nice change. I mean whats not to like about the festival, can even here the music playing from here" she smiled skipping out the moment the huge double doors had been opened for them. "You know I haven't exactly been travelling about amongst noblemen the past few years. I've seen plenty of commoners over the last few years that I could talk to"

Satoshi laughed shaking her head "Hes also a good sword fanatic who values his job within the village too much to risk stuffing it up over stealing one of your swords trust me. Went to school with that guy once upon a time"

"Well in that case perhaps you could give me a brief hand in the kitchen as well Gil" Yuki requested giving him a small bow. How is the food so far, was it too well cooked for you or a bit too on the raw side Can never be sure what people like when it comes to meat so I sort of cooked it in the middle

Alpha paused exchanging a glance with Mu leading to an unspoken agreement before she downed the glass she just ordered in a matter of seconds. "Well then I guess us two can take the second carriage. Old guys like myself need to spread out a bit more anyway" he decided for them.

Hebal smiled "Well sure I can work with that. Maybe me and Jeckhart can take one side of the carriage and you and Amane on the other side if those carriages are as I remember. Still lets get moving hehe. I bet it's going to be really warm and cosey inside one of those too"

"I'm ok with how that works out sure. Maybe when we get into the city I could learn another song to take home from the festival to sing to Ardie and Melanae or if not perhaps you would teach me a song or two from your culture? And any other elven customes, celebratory rituals that you might do later" Amane suggested hopefully to Zadina.

Seph gave Chobi a stern look sensing she was tempted to show off and bolt ahead of Anabelle. "Well maybe lets go together one day and clear it out them leave. Not like anyone will know who we are this many centuries later. Let's procrastinate it a lot longer. It's not like we need to do an Oassu and Felina and rush headfirst into marriage and things. No offence to them but it's sort of too much too soon for my liking"

Gil nodded "That would be nice, stuff like that would always help when travelling alone" he said shuffling the plates into order on the sink "Still is there anything else I can help you with?" he said collecting the wine glass.

Oassu nodded "Well everyone back then was a little prickly to each other I'm sure" he said linking arms with Felina once they joined up again "Still you elves have had a long time to work out the kinks in your society so have a little patience with the rest of us ok?" he teased.

Zadina smiled "I'm sure you'll see plenty of those later on at the ball Amane but sure you'll see plenty today I think" he said happily before turning to address Juna "Yes Juna we'll be leaving now though by the stairs this time if you please" he said.

Juna paused thinking for a moment "As you wish my lord I will instruct the carriages to be brought around to the main terminal" he said reaching for a small sphere on his belt to relay instructions.

Jeckhart nodded "Well then that sounds like an ideal arrangement and kind of you to do so for Amane" he said smiling at Zadina as he moved behind him ready to leave.

Juna nodded strapping the sphere back to his belt "Please follow me my lord and we'll head back through the Aerodrome" he said holding the door open to lead them down the stairs behind it.

Itaka raised an eyebrow glancing back at Seph "You think? Don't go saying that to either of them, don't need to go putting doubts in their minds, might just kill Oassu if the wedding is called off and he breaks her heart or at least give him a lengthy lifetime in the Yithra dungeons" he snorted "Though remember those two have known each other the longest in the group...well aside from us" he said shrugging.

Felina laughed swinging her and Oassu's arms as they walked "Oh I think I have been having a lot of patience with you and your little bad habits. And how long have I put up with Alpha for now despite being lets face it a massive pervert. I think I am even starting to blend in with the more common folks now too?" she asked hopefully.

Yuki paused turning the food upon the grill "Well if you would be so kind as to help me in a moment take these out along with some clean plates in preparation for dessert. And in exchange I will find you a copy of that book and perhaps invite Nadira on a few of those adventures, she's pretty good at cooking things and setting up camps when push comes to shove. Still must be pretty useful having so many arms and being able to carry so many things."

Seph paused "Well the last part is right but no if I were Oassu it wouldn't be the king I would be the most worried about. I'm not quite sure which would be worse... his wife or Elithana. Elithana I think would be more than happy to torment him and the queen I think could do a lot of behind closed doors back stabbing" she pondered allowing Chobi to move a small way ahead now she had calmed down. "Although come to think of it, you know for being Felina's cousin I have no idea what Zadina really makes of the whole thing. We don't talk much. Think he's intimidated by me"

Alpha couldn't help but snicker on his slow descent at Juna's reaction "Good luck trying to get that habit out of her, she loves heights and stupid enough to try things from a height" he quietly mumbled finally reaching the bottom.

Amane rubbed her ears "Well that noise is unexpected. Is it festival time here as well and that's why everyone is so noisy?" she wondered following the directions given. "So many different conversations and some so loud I can tune right into them" she giggled.

Hebal nodded petting Amane "Now now dear, you know its rude to eavesdrop like that so be polite. Oh and you should be able to sense this forest soon too if not already. Won't be able to speak to it like the one at home but should still get the odd tingly feeling"

Oassu shrugged "That's just Alpha though you might be surprised, you outlive all those races so they have the entirety of their lives to hear and learn about what the elven royals look like, plus you still might have trouble blending in even if you didn't get recognised" he teased.

Gil scratched his chin "Well true Nadira is good company but I'm not sure I'd want to drag her away from her friends so much, she and the others have their own little quests to do and I get the feeling I'd take a fair bit of blame if she left them for the mercenary life with me" he said sipping the wine.

Itaka smirked "You're a naked clawed, purple winged demon woman, of course you are going to be a little intimidating to that boy but I dunno, I don't know how close he really is to his cousins as such" he shrugged.

Juna shook his head "No little Miss there are quite a few guests flying in and out at this time of year, please follow me to the carriage" he urged opening the door and leading them swiftly down a cordoned-off path towards the door.

In the Main terminal people of all races and kinds were gathered waiting for flights, some turned to look at the royal party with curiosity but only a few of the elves knew the significance of it.

Zadina nodded "You shouldn't snoop on people Amane it's not nice" he said shifting uncomfortably aware of many eyes on him until they finally reached the front door where two large beautiful white carriages waited for them with a small guard of about 20 men surrounding them. Juna reached up and opened the door for them "Thank you for your business my lord it's been an honour to serve, we look forward to your arrival for the return flight" he said to Zadina who stepped back lightly before gesturing for Amane to enter first "After you Amane and Miss Hebal" he said politely.

Juna moved slightly further down the line to where Alpha was and quietly enquired "Pardon me sir but could you inform me of how long you are planning on keeping your airship in dock here? Just for the sakes of logistics and such" he asked.

Yuki paused arranging the plates for Gil to see which ones were to be taken to the table "It's these ones here that need taking out and I'll take the food along and the wine. Though I am sure they wouldn't blame you if it were Satoshi's choice and she was happy. But it doesn't have to come to that. I was just throwing it out as an idea since long distance things can be hard work" she told him sliding back outside. "Alright guys seconds are ready, theres enough chicken for one of these for everyone but all the fish is gone" she told them all coming back.

"That was faster than expected but thanks. I wasn't expecting some of the other food" Satoshi grinned taking a bite from her kebab. "You haven't missed much apart from everyone trying to remind me of all the embarrassing childhood moments I had over the ears"

Felina folded her arms not entirely convinced "Well then what did you know sir before you met me? For someone who thinks everyone would know who I was it took you more than long enough to find out I was a princess and only because Hayate told you" she pointed out then stuck her tongue out at him"
