i've skimmed some of the moon techs and if im right some of them use moonlight for energy. so the point is to increase the power of a moon tech.

Art of the perfect cloning… First your math is off in the example, 30% of 3000 is only 900 points. Is the clone able to perform any techniques that they are a clone of?

Mind of 1000 truths… I think that you need to have a limiter in this technique to allow this to be passed in my opinion.

Sound of tempature… Are you affected by the changed? What happens when the melody stops?

Hitai Birth Seal… I wanted to know about the 90% thing as well as make sure you are aware that each time your character performs a jutsu they are using there chakra. So my question is the 90% cost from the total amount chakra/skill points your character has?

“Hyuuga Style: Binding Paralysis Jutsu”, “Hyuuga Style: Root to nerve paralysis expansion”, and “Hyuuga Style: Death Touch”… What is this a Doujutsu or something? If these are make-up techniques they are bit over barring if you know what I mean.

Level 1.
Hyuuga Style: Binding Paralysis Jutsu.
With ths, he can guide chakra through the ground or whatever he's standing on. With this, he binds his opponent to one spot. This letting him move in for a vicious Taijutsu attack.

Level 2.
Hyuuga Style: Root to nerve paralysis expansion.
Through any part of his body on to an object connected to the ground, he can seep chakra through the ground, and guide it to his opponent through the ground to his opponents position, and disrupt their nervous sytem with it, causing complete temporary immobilization, and sometimes, the loss of consciousness, naturally leaving them defenseless. This chakra constantly applied to one area can cause plants to die rapidly, as if burning.

Level 3.
Hyuuga Style: Death Touch
Through any part of his body on to an object connected to the ground, he can seep chakra through the ground, and guide it to his opponent through the ground to his opponents position, and disrupt their nervous sytem with it, causing complete temporary immobilization. While this happens, all that can be seen is a bright flow of chakra, resembling a flower rotaing slowly. Inside, the victim suffers damaged internal organs, bleeding from the mouth nose and eyes, skin becoming pale, and as soon as the chakra stops, death.

Possibly a level 4.

Art of the perfect cloning: Instead of "make a clone out of anyone he has met"... it will need to be changed to "make a clone out of anyone he has trained or fought with (Player Characters Only)."

Mind of 1000 truths: What I was looking for as a limiter was something like "The opponent stay must stay in one spot for at least one post to allow the gaze to pierce the mind of the target."
