Blackened Heart Sucubi yea i prefer warp spiders over Hawks because they seem more effective. you can use them like tau crisis suits tooo... IE, Hide Behind Hill (No LS for enemies). Movement- Jump onto hill. Shooting- obviously, shoot enemies. Assault Phase- Jump behind hill (killing enemy LS) I dont think so. I just looked up the ruling on Jump packs, and they move into assault like a normal unit. Im pretty sure the Warp spiders DONT have JET PACKS, and jet packs are the ones that allow yo to move 6in even if you DIDNT assault. DONT forget though this is probably due to how Warp Spiders can just LEAVE play and Deep strike W/E they want, even if they are in combat.

Thats what im talking about. they can Jump 2D6 in assault phase in a straight line. IE off the hill or terrain.

The only issue is the draw backs on doing that that bother me :/ Im not a HUGE risk taker. Either doubles or if land in Difficult Terrain, destroyed, eef...

Blackened Heart Sucubi well sometimes you have to take risks in order to win smile Oh, I KNOW that, but lets just say w/e I deepstrike or have to roll to land somewhere in 40k, it ALWAYS goes bad....no, seriously, I've NEVER had a good landing with Deep strike, lol.

Blackened Heart Sucubi its not deep striking though. just doubles Im just saying luck is not always on my side when it comes to determining where you land/how you do. So I'll either get doubles or high enough JUST to get me into that terrain, lol.

Welp, my Prism, Banshees, Wraithlord, and Dark reapers came in the mail finally today. Man, the Banshees are just SO cool looking, no wonder people love them.
I am not crazy on the Prism's like...Metal crystal though, it bugs me since now I have to bend and cut just to get it to fit right and evenly, ugh.
God, since I switched to Eldar, Im just losing soooo much money, I may even be willing to start selling off my Necron Army, despite they are supposed to get a new codex at some point/time in the early next year I think.
EXECUTIONER (+2 S) vs MIRROR SWORDS (+2 A)= What do YOU use?

Nekage: Hands down Executioner has been my Exarch's weapon of choice. It may not confer extra attacks but the fact that it enhances strength I find very useful for turning the tide of battle. Plus if you are clever, you'll have a farseer casting DOOM on the squad those banshee's are about to assault. Re-rolling wounds is a beautiful thing. lol
and for the record... The Fire Prism is the ONLY model in the Eldar army that I absolutely despise in terms of the model kit. Not only is the prism itself usually a pain to assemble but its a big heavy chunk of metal when the rest of the kit is plastic. Which makes it top heavy and more often than not a magnet for trouble. I swear my Prism's have broken more times than I want to recall and ALWAYS because of that stupid turret. Which is probably why.. you almost never see a Prism in my army, the aggravation just isn't worth it for me. lol

Oh well. And thanks for that, I'll be sure to put some weight INSIDE the prism when building it, as in some weight within the skimmer itself in all that hallow area or something.
