Liliana smiled again. Her room for the time being was just gorgeous. She strode over to the wardrobe and opened it up. She pulled her hand to her mouth in awe. "These are beautiful," she said under her breath so only Enyo could hear her. She looked over to her. "Won't you help me pick one? And then I'll release the summon for the rest of the day, though you'll be gone until four hours from when I first summoned you. Is that alright?"
[x]
Enyo raised her head off the comfortable pillow. Haven't you wondered how he knew that you'd need a room and that you'd need a room without windows? And I suppose I'll help you pick a- her thought stopped abruptly when she saw the dresses. That one. The red one.
"This one?" Liliana asked Enyo. "Do you really think it'll look fine on me?" She didn't normally worry about her appearance, but since this would be the last night she'd be in WillBe as an IS, she figured she'd leave a lasting impression. She took the dress out of the dress, and laid it on the bed. She next made her way to the door, and stuck her head out. "Hello? I need some help with this dress to make sure it fits and what not."
One of the maids happened to hear Liliana's call for help and made a beeline to her. "How may I assist you, ma'am?"
Liliana was surprised at how fast she appeared. "Oh, um. I need help with this dress," she said as she pointed to the bed.
The maid entered the room and waved the girl closer. "Well, come on, I haven't all day." She walked to the side of the bed, where she could see Enyo for the first time. The maid screamed a bit. "Oh, dear. Why is there a tiger in here?" she asked as she helped Liliana get undressed.
Liliana smiled. "That's Enyo. She's my summon." The maid had been startled, and Liliana thought it best if she answered, and not Enyo. She didn't, either, like the idea of a corset. "Is this really necessary?" she asked.
The maid nodded. "It's not as though you have to breath, right? So what's the difference?" She pulled the strings as tight as the could go. "If this is too tight, say something." She then moved to take the dress and unzip it and help Liliana into the dress. "Oh, yes. This is most beautiful on you," the maid said smiling. "Alright, it fits. Off with it and back into your other clothes so it isn't ruined before the ball."
Liliana smiled at her reflection in the mirror before the maid undid the zipper again and helped her out of the dress and corset and back into her other clothes. "Thank you," Liliana said as she reached into her pocket for a coin to give to her.
The maid smiled and refused the coin. That money is no good here. Plus it is my job to assist the guests here."
Liliana shrugged slightly and put the money back into her pocket. "I'll call for you again before the ball," she said as the maid left the room.

‘If souls had a price, I would steal yours’

Kimi remained cool and calm, she smiled “You have a good eye” She complimented before stuffing the paper back into her bag “It might be true that I had not a drop of my pint before my little show, but I have had more then enough to drink to slip up on how I react to things. The paper has some information regarding my birth mother, it is valuable to me, so in fear of losing it I over reacted” She answered keeping her voice smooth and calm, though allowing a few slurred words to improve the act.

Kimi ordered another pint and took a small mouthful “As I am sure you are aware, under different circumstances when drinking a person can switch from clumsiness to being the protector. I have a secret liking for antiques and Jewellery, it is only natural for me to ask about items that are rare or hard to come by” She tapped her chin a few times “And when I saw the barmen’s necklace I was enticed to say the least”

While raising an eyebrow Kimi turned to look at clay “You have every right to be suspicious. It is hard to not be that way with people you do not know” She laughed lightly “I am the same”

A soft wind, almost musical, acted as her only introduction into the land; the forest her only traveling companion for the number of weeks since her last rest at a human inn not worth mentioning if it weren't for its rather paranoid owners and patrons. They knew the Dier as an outsider - dangerous, threatening. She knew them as foolish, rather undeserving of her mercy. Nevertheless, she gave it, thus sparing their lives when the tensions finally grew to a clash. It would have been a witchunt had the Outsider simply fled, and she knew it well. Thus is came to violence once again.

Aeora left them with a heavier heart than upon her arrival. This was but the latest in her unfortunate encounters with overly suspicious humans who attacked "savages" such as herself. The Dier were known only in superstitious tales that fishwives tell their children to keep then in line. Needless to say, when one actually emerged from the forests where their clans took residence and entered those fishwives' pubs, they did not meet a warm welcome.

Aeora was used to this after her years as an exile. She expected no less from this place - the town known as WillBe, and therefore had no wish to cross its boundaries. And so she stood for a time, still amongst the trees of the forest and its grassy floor, where her bare feet gave her the nudge she needed to move forward - though not into the town. Having the ability to sense movement in multiple directions was often profitable for Aeora, though it was muted when on anything other than nature's floor.

But Aeora was growing weary of her time on the road, and she longed for a place to lay her head, at least for a moment. And so she quietly turned in the direction of a village outside of WillBe, where she could sense movement, and using her impressive speed moved rather quickly towards it. Despite the Diers' lack of the need to sleep, they did require rest every now and again in the form of meditation. This meditation acts as a regenerative experience and can take multiple days, though the Elders have to rest less often and in shorter periods than people as young as Aeora.

After a short while, Aeora came to the village she had sensed. There was something about this place that Aeora had not previously encountered in her travels - something calming. A sense of belonging, perhaps. Or perhaps Aeora was simply imagining things. Regardless, she found the gates open to her, and stepped inside.

Luna watched as Liliana was escorted to her words, listening carefully to how Malice spoke to her and treated her. She wanted to know as much about the members of the WAS as she could before she decided to or against joining. When she was escorted to her room, she let him talk, and acknowledged what he had said with a slight nod of her head and a smile.

She didn't like the idea of not being able to go anywhere, but, for now, she would respect his wishes. She wasn't exactly sure whether she wanted to go to the ball, but decided it may be interesting. She grinned and browsed through the closet, coming upon a black dress. Her eyes sparkled with excitement, as the dress was beautiful. She grinned and placed the dress on the bed in her room, smiling.

She was feeling rather gross and jumped in the shower, taking a shower for about 10 minutes and getting out, drying off, and feeling refreshed. She searched through the closet to try to find something less fancy she could wear until she decided for or against going to the ball. She came up with a pair of black jeans] that fit perfectly, and a loose white tee. Slipped on her boots she had been wearing earlier and grinned, letting her curls fall down over her shoulders.

She felt much better, and walked over to her bed, sitting down and admiring the dress. She thought about being a WAS, going to the ball, and much more, thoughts racing through her head and making her stare absentmindedly down at the dress.

Gerzen watched as Eos enjoyed the natural beauty of his oasis. An unfamiliar happiness filled his heart as a small smile curled the corners of his mouth. He moved to stand beside her peering into the pond's lightly rippling water. A few koi fish glided through the water below them.

"I do..." said Gerzen in response to Eos's question. "I'll continue to shield this small bit of forest from Man's progression til the day I die."

His tone was approaching seriousness as he finished his statement. As Gerzen watched the fish swim below, his hand found its way into Eos's.

"You...You can come here...whenever the world becomes too much...if you want..." he said, while gently squeezing her hand.

Upon opening the door to the tavern he fell, arms crossed in front of his face to keep it from getting any scratches. Funny how his body still had some good reaction. The liquor had taken a greater toll on him than he thought, and the invading thoughts of the previous night was not letting up. It was still the afternoon.at least he thought it was. Not long ago he had been out in the morning helping the townspeople out with their homes.

Dark pushed himself up, his arms shuffling across the ground to find a good position to do so. It was proved harder than he thought. He could hear whispers, but everything was incohorent. As he lifted his head he saw the people of WillBe walk past him, muttering in their partners ears. "..Piss off.." Dark was not a mad drunk, but too many thoughts were corroding his mind.

Finally able to stand Dark stumbled backwards, and crashed against the tavern wall. At least he didn't go in through the door..it was closed so it wouldn't have mattered. Eyes hazy, mind weary Dark stared weakly at the sky. Some clouds had taken form, providing a light shade for a few moments. From where the 'Sun' suddenly form somewhere in the sky in an odd color. But a moment later it just disappeared. Odd.. He thought, trying to clarify his vision by squinting his eyes. Was someone in the sky?..

The door beside him opened, but he ignored it. It wasn't until he instinctively held a glass of water, and heard someone speaking to him did he take notice, the thought of someone in the sky leaving him. Lazily he turned to see Rose standing beside him, her words barely reaching him. "..Oh..T-thanks.." He stuttered, downing the glass easily, and suddenly dropping his arm; he still held the cup though, with much suprise. "we'll see. But thanks.." he said. He was still staring at her, but his eyes were distant. He wasn't really staring at anything, she was just in his line of view. "I'm drunk, huh?" He asked sheepishly, palming his face.

Harry looked up and saw her waving. He smiled slightly and waved back. Motioning for her to come down, he kept his ears and aura open. With the unrest going around, even though it was going well so far today (at least for him), he couldn't be too careful. He looked up and waited for her to give him a sign. Either he went in or she came out.

Clay Rutherford User Image

Clay didn't buy it. At least, not the part about the paper having information on her mother. The way Kimi had dived to cover that paper up had been no less than desperate, yet now, she was calm and collected, if seemingly slurred, not showing an ounce of emotion when speaking about it. Her different reactions conflicted with each other and that, to Clay, meant she was lying. The bit about the jewelery confirmed itself through Kimi's past actions.

"Never can be too cautious, can you?" Clay smiled softly back and raised an eyebrow inquisitively. Despite his gut feeling that told him there was definitely something being hidden from him, Clay decided not to pry. Everyone had a right to privacy, after all. "I prefer to go out on a limb and take risks, though. Makes things more exciting, in my view."

With a quiet groan, Clay pushed his chair back and came to his feet, stretching his arms and legs a bit when he did so. "Well..." He glanced around the tavern, the sound of laughs and indistinct chatter filling the atmosphere of the establishment. "I should probably get back to helping out with reconstruction. As nice a time I spent here with the present company, I feel I've stayed a bit longer than I should have." It wasn't exactly a lie, but there was more to it. Clay still wanted to help out around the town, but more than that, the smells of the continuously filling tavern were starting to get to him and he'd wanted to get away.

With a smile and a small bow, Clay grabbed his backpack off the table and hooked it over his shoulders again. "Truly a pleasure knowing you, Kimi. I'll see you around, I hope." Turning to leave, Clay slowly headed towards a different exit than the one Dark had gone through, waving behind his back without turning at the slightly suspicious Kimi. "If you need any more shirts, feel free to come to me."

The townspeople, Clay noticed as he walked around, seemed were tirelessly working to fix their homes and buildings, without rest. For an instant, Clay felt a little ashamed that he'd actually stopped for a drink while everyone else toiled away, but didn't fully regret his decision, having found an interesting soul in Kimi. Whatever that paper was had nagged at him as he walked. If only I could have gotten a second more to see... He played and replayed the short instant in his mind, but... Nothing. So deep was he in attempting to figure out what was on the paper that Clay didn't notice where he was going until he bumped into someone (Harry).

"Oh... Sorry about that..."

‘If souls had a price, I would steal yours’

Kimi smiled watching him leave. She felt, to her own surprise, disappointed. But that was not something she should feel when thinking about anything other then a scam or con gone wrong. There was no denying the fact that Clay did not buy the lies she had just spilled.
“Game set” Kimi muttered while glancing at the barman.

It was all about biding time, taking cautious steps and never rushing. It might have taken a while for a opportunity to arise but it will be worth it in the end. The barman had exited through the back, probably for a smoke or to grab a barrel. She watched him intently, like a wolf studying its prey before it attacks. Taking into account his size, weight, speed, and senses. How alert was he? Not very from Kimi’s point of view. She placed a few copper coins on the counter before exiting the tavern. Off course she said goodbye to Nugget and crew, promising to meet up with them some other time.

The back of the tavern was pretty shaded, a few souls wondered past but nothing that could jeopardise her plan. She grabbed an empty sack that lay discarded on the floor.
“See no evil”
And there he was her target, her prey. Sitting upon a crate with a pipe in one hand. She was so quiet soft footfalls that went unnoticed to the humans inadequate hearing.
“hear no evil”

It all happened way to fast for the poor guy to react. The sack went around his head, Kimi was small but she was stronger then a human even one as big as Nugget. The sack muffled the barmen’s disgruntled cries
“Speak no evil”
She knocked him out with one swift punch to the side of his head. “No offence buddy” She muttered in a low growl, it was a complete different sound of tone to her usual chirpy cheery tone. Even if there was a small chance that he could still hear, he would never suspect a young girl.

“A piece of cake” Kimi said while tucking the necklace into her duffel bag. She also took a few useless bits and bobs, after all any small time robber would do the same. Kimi was now sat on a roof, she smiled happily to herself. “So what if people do not trust me, I am good at what I do and even better when under pressure” She said out loud “No one knows anything about me, they can keep their suspicions it makes my own personal game so much more exciting” But deep down, she knew that one day she will have to lose the game, her game and it will be to someone who seeks to help others, someone just like Clay.

Rose gave a small amused laugh as she said, "Oh, yes. You are drunk, it shows easily." She took the cup from his hand, afraid that if he held it any longer he might just drop it. She walked back into the tavern and placed the glass on the counter, saying a quiet thank you to the bartender that was there at the moment. She slowly started to make her way out of the tavern again, weaving through men who had had a little too much to drink and were pushing and shoving others around. She herself was pushed a few times but she didn't do anything back, knowing that it would just start a full on fight if she did.

When she made it out the door she took a deep breath of the fresh cool air, glad to be out of the tavern and the smell that it carried inside. She glanced over at where Dark still stood and smiled to herself as she walked over to him. If he is drunk, she thought to herself. I might as well at least try to have a little fun. When she reached him, she sat down against the side of a building and looked at Dark. "So since you're drunk, do I get to watch you do embarrassing things that you wouldn't do while sober?" she asked more as a joke than actual seriousness, face expectant of what was to, more than likely, not come. She didn't really think he seemed drunk enough to do crazy things yet.

As she looked down at Harry, she couldn't help but smile. He waved so awkwardly. Well, I guess he's not coming up. She was slightly disappointed. She loved to watch him do his magic. She was just about to come down when a guy with red hair bumped into him. He looked familiar. She went down the stairs and poked her head out the door, looking at him. He looks like I've seen him before... Oh crap... She recognized him as the man almost passed out with the sword in front of the bar. She went back inside and slammed the door, holding it shut. Not this weirdo again. I doubt he saw me yesterday though. But still... She couldn't help her curiosity about IS, and he was obviously one. She opened the door quickly and shuffled over to Harry's side with her head down, not saying anything that might make him angry. "Hello~" she said timidly. "You were in the tournament, yes?" She took a glance up at him, but quickly let it fall to the ground again. He was very tall.

"Harmless trickster...When I want to be."

Puck ambled along the streets, looking something to entertain himself with, or maybe a mask for the ball. But there was a ginger and a girl blocking his part. Impatiently he let out a huff of breath, and moved to shove past them. "Oh.." He recognized the man and backed away quickly. Best not to mess with him. He fought in the tournament viciously, and provoking him..would end badly, he was sure. "I apologize sir." he stuttered out.

Cheyenne saw another guy bump into Clay and thought it was kinda ironic. People were just stumbling all over today. She looked to see who it was and let out a rather loud gasp, so she quickly covered her mouth. The boy had antlers and a tail! He must be IS, hopefully. Cheyenne felt as though she was shrinking. 3 males were standing around her, all of which were taller, and it made her nervous. It looks like this guy knows the weirdo to. Looks almost as nervous as I do. She backed up a little. "I... I'm sorry, sir. Were we in your way? Here let me step aaallll the way back here. Won't happen again, I promise. It was are fault, standing in the middle of the road like that. You can pass now, if you want to. You probably do otherwise you wouldn't have been walking this way, sir. Heheh, heh." She was babbling out of nervousness. She then took a big step backwards so she was behind Harry. She smiled a big fake smile, just to stay on all of their good sides. First impressions were not her thing at all.
