He said before mechanically shuffling though papers on his desk that was magically fixed during the length of the conversation. "I'll have fun doing paperwork."

Ec walked into the kages office and walked up to the desk. His head didn't clear it so he talked a little extra loud. "Mister kage, could you give me permission to learn some genjutsu? I'm really good at them." He asked in a pouty voice. he needed to be able to defend himself.

Lenon clamped his hand over Ec's mouth as the boy's voice pierced the quiet of the room. Moments ago, Lenon had been relaxing quietly, surrounded by a fort of unfinished paperwork. But that was then, and he was the Raikage, after all. "Permission? To learn stuff?" He was appalled at the thought of restricting minds. "What's not to love about that? Go ahead, and you don't need permission to learn things." He took his hand away from the child's mouth, and leaned back in his chair.

kuro walked into the kages office leaving some wrapped up luggage just outside the office as he walked up to the kages desk he seemed to bow a bit "ah I'm sorry sir but If I could have a word with you"
