Systematic Sparta "Not entirely." he chuckled, having dug out his berry and making it dance about like it were a living thing. He was tempted to draw a face on it.  As the wagons came to a stop and they were told they could explore the city, Aimi shoved her things back into her bag and laughed at Kader's dancing berry. "I have a marker if you want to draw a face on it." It was almost like reading his mind! Moving to climb out, she smiled sweetly. "Want to go explore the city with me?"

Kazuki nodded to acknowledge the other's thank you, then smiled down at the fire-type he was riding. "His name's Basil," he offered, scratching the big fluffball behind the ears and getting a happy tailwagging in return. "He was a gift from my parents, their way of trying to get me into the breeding profession," and here he offered a sheepish smile; it was kind of embarassing that his parents were trying to make him follow in their footsteps, even though he was so far away from them. "They breed arcanines and rapidash."
The dark-type snorted and squeezed between a couple crates, then pulled a backpack out from a hidden corner. "(Not quite,)" he offered, before opening the bag and digging around in it. He pulled out a large plastic container and bit the corner, gnawing on it for a few moments before he managed to pull it off, revealing many small chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting. The umbreon beamed at the pale houndoom. "(He's got some beef jerky, too.)"
Basil wasn't paying much attention to the trainers anymore, as his friend Alex had just rushed over. He barked a friendly greeting, but did not return the play stance, and pulled his head away from the other arcanine. He was being a good boy now, he knew, as it was not the time to play. They had to get to the next town, or at least someplace to stop, before he would even think of playing. He barked again though and wagged his tail, showing that he did still like the other fire-type and would play later. He had a job to do now, though.

Lisa pet Midnight as she stood up and wandered around. "Shiny recessive?" the new trainer asked, "what's that mean?" Midnight stared up at Alphaville.
After two hours, Midnight had only barked a "Hello" to the Darkrai. She was still trying to get used to her new Alpha, this human. Lisa and Midnight hoped out of the wagon so Lisa could talk with Meeka.
"Hey, Meeka! So, you got the other Houndour? Cool!" Lisa smiled as she pet Midnight.

He laughed as she voiced his thought. "I'm still pondering a good face for him, but sure! Let's see what this place has to offer!" Bagging the berry again, he stood and took an energetic jump off the side of the wagon.

 Stopping by a store, Meeka purchased the food she wanted and bit it as she walked. She bought some Pecha Jam for Ebba to to thank him for the ride. "You deserved it buddy." she said with a smile. Heila chewed on some Dry Poffin also bought. Meeka nodded when she saw Lisa. "And congrats upon you one!" she giggled. "So pretty, and she is a shiny Recessive! Awesome~!"

Shouldering her bag, Aimi smiled and moved to walk backwards for the inside of the city. "Sounds good. So do we want to look up food or entertainment first?"

Piney remained alert and awake for the two hour trip to town. She was expecting some more trouble, but to her relief, there was none.
When the party arrived at Motterossa, she promptly got off the Tauros, glad to be free of bumpiness for a while. She stretched while Daybreak followed her off the mount, and they both ventured into town together.
First things first. Some food. They hadn't eaten much because of all that commotion.

 Kayla watched the scenery as the wagon bumped and bounced through the rough trail to the city. It was kind of dull but she watched the interaction with Kazuki and his Arcanine, Basil.
Kayla hopes that she would get a pokemon at some point in this journey. She knew there were plenty of opporunity for that to happen but as it's already on the second day of the trip, there was only so much more time before this will end and her chance of getting another pokemon gets slimmer and slimmer.
Kayla sighed a bit as she petted Quin. Grinch was curled up sleeping in her lap while Adira was sitting next to her, looking around at her wagon mates with suspision.

Humming as she walked out of the main general store, Jen happily nommed on a pound cake slice while her Vaporeon happily chewed on a sweet/dry Poffin they had found.
Ah....sweets, a bed to sleep in, a shower later on...life was good at the moment. Grinning happily, the trainer swallowed the rest of the slice before bounding over to the hotel. Best get a room before they were all stolen by everyone else! Aeon would kill her if they were forced to sleep outside while everyone else slept inside.

Lisa put her hand behind her head and laughed. "I guess I was really lucky!" Midnight just wagged her tail and looked just a bit smug. She spied the other Houndour and went over to investigate her. Midnight asked Heila.

Ebba stared down at the other Houndour. Oh great. More of them. Meeka giggled as she grabbed Lisa's hand. "C'mon!" she said. "We have to go get a room before they are all taken! I will pay for it~!" she giggled. Heila titled her head. "" she said, wagging her own tail. "" she asked. Ebba trailed after Meeka.

Kayla had her eyes closed for several minutes when she felt a jerk of the wagon as it pulled to a stop. The Taruos were making some noise and stomping their hooves but nothing else.
Kayla took off her headphones and looked around. The city was huge! Sure, she wasn't too far along in her journey but this had got to be the biggest city she had ever been in. Her little town where she lived held no more than 200 people but from the looks of this city, it felt like it could hold several armies!
"Wow!" Kayla gaped. "Have you guys seen anything this huge before?" She wasn't speaking to anyone in particular but just outloud musings.

Lisa held on to Meeka's hand as they rushed off to get a room. "Ok, then I'll pay on the way back, how about that?" Lisa smiled as she finally caught up with Meeka.
Midnight barked. " Midnight watched as Lisa was dragged off. She'd catch up later.
