Nazuki closed her eyes as Tamao's dopplegangers blew up. The children screamed alittle, but just out of surprise. Nazuki charged in with the frying pan and the children followed behind. They reached the door, which had a rusty lock on it. Nazuki swung the pan and broke the lock with an audible CLANG and opened it to let the children in...they were safe for now.

Nazuki sat down and assumed a cross-legged sitting position to regain her chakra, she would most likely need it later. The effects of the food will kick in soon, but only time can do the rest.

Nazuki was interrupted by a 6-year old kid who handed her a large, dusty, scroll. Apparently she had found it somewhere in this old shelter, strange...Nazuki opened it and realized the importance of the scroll...for summoning. There were many strange characters on it and a bad ink drawing of an elongated seahorse.

Nazuki didn't have any summons, but knew it would help her in battle if necessary. Biting her thumb, Nazuki printed the contract in blood across the scrolls interior and then rolled it up to continue her recovery.

Kyoshou left Kabuto with a bitter sweet feeling. He was happy that he had finished his basic training and could continue to dreams but at the same time he missed the student sensei relationship he had with Kabuto. He began wandering around the forests of rice country. He began hearing the soft melody of a flute. Kyoshou pulled out his own flute and began playing in hopes that the other flute player would respond.

The other flute player became silent as Kyoshou played. Finally he stopped and after a few seconds, Kyoshou heard a soft response. He began following the sound as he played. Judging by the soft melody, Kyoshou assumed it was a girl playing. He waited for a response. Finally he heard his response but it wasn't what he expected. It sounded as jazz style flute but it had an unusual effect. The world around Kyoshou began to change.

Kyoshou's arms were forced apart and bound by chains suspended in the sky. The world around him began turning into a red wasteland. The ground became scarlet sand with bones scattered across it. The jazz flute played almost as a theme song for this god-forsaken land. Kyoshou turned to his melody arm to see if he could use it to get himself out. He stared in horror as his melody arm was melted away leaving only his bone.

Finally it hit him. This was a genjutsu. Although his arm seemed to have been melted away, it was still there intact. The only reason he couldn't move was because he believed he was bound. Telling himself that he wasn't really tied up didn't make a difference. Kyoshou began focusing chakra into his melody arm that seemed to have rotted away. Finally a siren-like sound was emitted from what seemed to be his bare bone.

The barren wasteland began to fade away as he heard a grunting sound. Finally it completely dissapeared and a girl lay in front of Kyoshou clutching her ears. A flute lay next to her. Kyoshou was free. He moved around as he finally made the sound stop. "What the hell was that for?" She yelled. "Why'd you put me in that genjutsu for?" Kyoshou snapped. The girl got up and picked up her flute. "I thought you were trying to trap me in a genjutsu, thats why." She grumbled.

"Sorry I just wanted to see who was playing that nice melody....until it turned into that harsh tune. What was that anyway?" Kyoshou asked. "That was my Illusion Harmony technique. I usually use that and when the person if finally trapped I strike for real. By the way my name is Tayuya." she said. "Kyoshou Kinuta" Kyo replied. He then added "Could you teach me that melody? Genjutsu really interests me."

"I suppose I could" Tayuya said "or I could just give you the music sheets. All you have to do is play that, focus your chakra into your flute, and you'll ensnare anyone with ears. You play the flute pretty well. Who taught you?" Kyoshou blushed and scratched the back of his head as he said "I kinda taught myself. Ever since I was little I've been learning how to play instruments. I'm best with the flute and the violin."

"Hmmm could you play this on the violin? I'd love to hear how it sounds...just don't go making me lose my ming you know?" She said as she pulled out a music sheet. She handed it to Kyoshou as he looked it over. Its pretty complex but I think I can do it." Kyoshou said. He reached over his shoulder and pulled out his violin. He placed it against his chin and began rubbing the strings with his bow.

It had a more classical sound coming from a string instrument. Tayuya seemed to be enjoying it. Finally Kyoshou finished. Tayuya gave him a warm smile and said "Use that technique well and don't go using it on me. You seem to play better than me." Kyoshou began to blush and said "Well I wouldn't say that. Well thanks for the music sheet. I better be going. Got lots of things to do. It seems like today is gonna be a good day.

Kyoshou began walking back to the village. It was still the morning but he had already gotten so much done. Kyoshou went into a local ramen bar to get something to eat. All he had eaten this morning was an apple and that wasn't filling enough.

Kakuou yawned as he woke up, he began to crack his joints two at a time. he was happy to wake up as he went and ate his breakfast and left from his home. he went to a training ground and found himself a place where he could have fun messing around with his bones as he pulled on a bone from his shoulder. it began to rise up as he pulled the sleeve of his shirt down. he gripped the bone and pulled it out of his shoulder and it had the form of a sword, "this looks like a fun way to begin training." he hacked at a nearby tree until he cut most of the tree's bark off.

Loki was wandering around in the rice fields around the Hidden sound village when a clay bird came out of no where and landed on his shoulder with a scroll on its back. He quickly removed the scroll and took a look at what it said. His memory's came back in a flash of blinding light he remembered all of his past lvies and remembered all of the Jutsu that he had learned. He unsealed his equipment and put it in a different scroll which he tucked into his equipment bag. He quickly took off his sound headband and put that in the equipment bag as well. He stalked off out of the area walking towards the Hidden magic village. He had heard that there was something strange going on there and he planned on finding out what it was exactly.

The ones that were not freaks were just plain stupid. They should have gotten out of the group while they had the chance. If they had done that ehan they would not have to deal with being thought to be a part of the mob. Like the saying goes, birds of a feather flock together. Now they had to deal with the problems that went along with the company that they kept. That is always the problem with being in a mob. The mob mentality always screws you up in the long run. Still it is nice to be with a guy like Hamlet spears while the other watch and curse.
