*walks through the camp drinking his sweet tea* hmm i wonder how well we held up i killed 3 i would of had for if i wasnt playing around but none the less i should thank her *walks to nebrides tent only to find she wasnt there* oh well ill just give her this * throws a small sack of coins into nebrides tent* oh well * walks back to his tent yawning* man im tired

i jumped down from the tree making sure i didn't land lightly on my feet the way i normally did. i hit the ground with a soft 'thunk'. the impact jossled me a little. i stood up and started to climb a different tree. i climbed as if i had to use my upper body strengh to pull me up instead of gliding up. i finally reached the branch i was aiming for. and with a slight kick at the air with my legs, i thrust my self up before twisting my body to sit down. jeez. how can humans do this all the time i wiped a bit of sweat from my forehead and stared at the sky. at least i'm away from that kid

he walked away slowly in hoping for her to call him back
back it was unlikely
but then again it wasn't the first time hed been turned down. most women thought him to cocky or too ignorant.

"don't worry about it" i responded with a passive wave of my hand. i hated it when people i didn't know tried to pry into my personal life. i sighed and went back to doing what i did best. stare at the sky and question life. not very entertaining but it did pass the time. i laid back on the branch and tucked my hands behind my head for comfort. the sky was packed with stars tonight. so pretty. i wish i was free.

no point in argueing back. might as well give him some of the truth. i was tired. i sighed and took a deep breath. to think i'd be sharing my past with a human. wow. who'da thunk it? "murder" not once did i take my eyes from the stars. it was better than facing him during a conversation like this.

Nebride watched the woman carefully. "You don't want to talk? Hey--that's fine with me. Just don't blow your cover or mine. I have things to take care of and if I'm gonna get caught--I'd rather it be after my business is done." She turned to leave the tent. "You know where I am if you want to talk." Quickly she exited the tent.
Nebride took a deep sigh as she stepped out into the night air. Just then she caught sight of Elazul leaving her tent. "What does he think he is doing?" She caught up with him easily as he reached his tent.
"Do you mind telling me what you were doing?"

Nebride smiled to herself as Elazul entered his tent. She was about to turn away when she noticed that the tent flap was still half open. "Should I reply to that? Or should I just let him go to sleep? Hmm...let's see what he thinks about this."
Nebride stuck her head in the tent flap. "You're welcome for the help. And what are you complaining about not sleeping in two days? I haven't slept in about a week." She smiled at him sweetly as she pushed her hair behind her ears. "That's one thing I"m glad I can do. Hide my true features with magic." "Have a goodnight." Quickly she left the tent.
"Well that was fun." Nebride squinted her eyes. "Wait a minute. Why am I doing this? All of a sudden I'm talking to someone like he's my best friend. The hell? Grr---okay Nebride....just stop right now. Don't let anyone get any closer."
Slowly she entered her tent and picked up the bag from the floor. "Is this what he left for me?" Nebride opened the bag. "Hmm...so kind." She threw it with her other belongings in the corner. "Now it's really time to get some sleep."
