Jabir's eyes widen in amazement "You're seeing Erebus memories? This means..." the sheer thought that came to his mind meant things were worse than they predicted. If it was true Deimos life might be in danger
"I must talk with Maggie about this. This is far more serious than we thought" he turned to Jizzy "As soon as we have some conclusions we'll call for you. I prefer not to talk about it now, not with you two in the current condition" he smiled, as to confort her. Putting speculations in their heads now would be far worse than handling facts later
"As for now we must take care of that cross" he changed the subject "Those cuts you made will leave a mark, probably a permenant one. If you want I think I can change the final shape, so it won't resemble a cross anymore" he had a feeling Deimos would hate to have a square stamped in his forehead, even if the cross was no longer there. That thought made him smirk

"This means what?" Jizzy asked, diespite the fact that Jabir had already said he could not say.. She took ina deep breath.. "sorry.. right..call.." She sighed out..
"Pernent?!!?" Deimos almst skrieched. "I dun wanna that.. that thing pernent!" His eyes grew wide as he jittered slightly... "I no wanna it, any other shap.." He said, in slight panic.

"I know you're worried about him but it's best if the two of us discuss about it before coming to a conclusion" he gave a concerned look to Jizzy. He didn't want to alarm her
"If you hadn't scratched the mark would probably fade away in a matter of hours. But what's done is done and there's nothing we can do to remove it" it wasn't completely true but it was a process too painful for Jabir to resource to, even for Deimos
"But I believe I can make it look like one of those tatoos. It hurts a bit but you'll be able to handle it"

Deimos was shaking, his fist all ball up and he was trying very very hard to resit the urge to slam it into Jabir's face. "You mean.. the cross always be there now..." He said forcefully... "But you can change shape..right.. Pain no matter.."He siad taking very deep breaths as to prevent a very painful collision between his hand and Jabir.
Jissy just sniffled. This had a been a bad idea from the start. She was a terrible parent to have ever let Deimos be punsihed like this.. She hiccuped slightly, covering her mouth with her hand. "A.. Are you sure we can't remove it..." She said, hiccuping again and sniffling.. "or just make it not bother him as..that shape, right..."

"You misunderstood me . I promissed to take the cross off and I will" as soon as he said this, the cross fell off Deimos' forehead with a soft pop. In its place the skin took a deeper shade, but no other side-effects
"See? Only a mark was left behind because of Deimos scratching. That's what I can't remove" he smilled at Jizzy, while patting her on the back

Jizzy heaved a huge sigh of relief... "Oh.. oh.. thats much better.. I'm sorry.. I'm just.." She was slightly rambling and looking rather odd, smiling yet her face stained with tears.
Deimos didn't even feel pain, ti just sort of slid out from him. It tickled a bit too and his face twisted into a quirky smile. "marks change shape.. as long no cross.. me fine.." He said, feeling as if a heavy weight had been lifted from him and his mood immediatly improoved.

"Any ideas for the new shape Deimos? As longer as it isn't anything too complicated"

Deimos suddenly seemed eager at his freedom in choosing the shape. "I wan' it look cool and tough and.. no crossy at all." He said nodding vauguely.

Deimos eyes were abright now at the prospect of a havign a real tatoo. "Arm! I want to see it." He said nodding fervently.

"Left or right?" Jabir couldn't keep from smilling. Deimos seemed to be glowing with happiness and with was starting to get contagious. Not that he minded

He had to think about that for a minute. He held his hands out in front of him, searchign for then L formed by his fingers and pointing to his left arm. "Left." He said nodding. He was gettign a tatoo.He was gettign a tatoo.

"Alright. Just stay very still because this will hurt a bit" Jabir focused and started to work on changing the shape first. The cross quickly assumed the form of 2 devilish wings tatoo (not exactly but it resembled like that). Then he performed the most painful part
The skin seemed to melt as the 'tatoo' made its way from Deimos' forehead towards the upper part of his left arm, close to the shoulder. A few seconds later it stoped and Jabir said "It's done"

Deimos bit his chee. He wouldn;t cry out, not this time. It was a painfull, slippery feeling as the mark moved down from his head and when it was done, Dei sucked gently and the softly bleeding part of his inner cheek. He glanced at the mark and smirked. "Much better..."

"Good... you're free to go now, but don't forget if you do another stunt like that the punishment will be a lot worse" he looked at Jizzy "As soon as we've come to a conclusion we'll warn you. If something similar happens again to Deimos, please tell us imediatly"
