Soul watched Lea suddenly poke Margy, exclaiming her action. "Revenge?" He muttered questionably. When she asked if they were ready to head out, he nodded. "Coming, Jessica?" He asked the most silent member of their group. Not waiting for an answer, he headed out, beckoning the rest to follow outside into the busy city. "It should be nearing Lunch hour, so it'll be tough to cross some roads." He warned. His stomach gurgled. "Although, we could stop at a McDonalds..." He muttered. Turning around, he nodded already at their question, "Yes, there are McDonalds. Except Ronald is a hamster clown."

"....Maybe." Stephanie said simply. She then gave a swift nod as Soul said that they were ready. Then after he swung his head slightly, and asked if Jessica was coming, she too looked towards the direction of the silent cat. She hadn't heard from her in a while and was starting to get worried. When she looked over at Soul, he was once again twenty steps ahead. She looked over at Dianna helplessly, but was once again forced to move on without a comrade, only able to hope they'd follow. That hadn't seem to work so far, but that's how things were going... Once she caught up to Soul, and apparently Margy too had followed, she heard him mumble something about grabbing a bite to eat at McDonald's. And apparently Ronald was now a clown hamster. "Hamster or not, that's still creepy..." She said with a scratch of the ear.

Margy didn't let out a squeal when Stephanie tried to poke her, instead she did something completely different--or tried to do something since she missed. She attempted to bite Stephanie's hand as she pulled it back--but missed because it was a bit to low--which was probably a good things. Hampster bites were painful--especially when it came from a large hampster. "BURGERS!!" Margy suddenly squealed out when Soul made a suggestion of stopping by Mcdonalds to get something to eat. She began to run around for a moment, before running back over towards Stephanie and smiling. "Burgers! Burgers!" she repeated, before getting distracted by the Ronald Mcdonald clown and beginning to poke at it curiously. "...freaky hamspter.." she said a moment later.

Soul watched the hyperactive hamster poke a person on a bench. "Does she think that's Ronald McDonald? We're not even five blocks from the nearest one..." He asked Stephenie, but went with it anyway. "Come on Margy, we're gonna walk to McDonald's." He called, and started on his way. He checked his wallet.
Thank God for the dollar menu.

"Uh...." Stephanie was speechless as she watched Margy poke and old man on a bench, somehow thinking it was Ronald McDonald. "Aaaaaaah that's not Ronald Margy..... C'mon let's go." She said the last sentence swiftly, taking Margy by the arm and walking away from the man on the bench. Fortunatly he was asleep, so he couldn't object to her poking him, or the both of them walking away. "Well, looks like even in Sonic's world there are bums on the street...." She then remembered that Station Square was the earthly equivalent of New York or San Fransisco... There'd probably be a lot of things that she'd never seen before... Giving a quick sigh, she followed after Soul and loosened her grip on Margy. "Uh....sorry about that Marge....." Stephanie said, scratching her head. After Soul had made the announcment that they were gonna head out to McDonalds, Stephanie searched her pockets for some kind of currency. When she took out her empty hands, she looked at the ground and then back up at Soul with a guilty expression on her face. "Sorry I can't contribute anything Soul......I don't have any money..."

"hiquuu....?" Margy asked a bit densely as Stephanie grabbed her and began to pull her away from the random old man she had been poking. "He not..?" she asked with a bit of a pout, before continuing to follow behind her friend "It okay Stephanie-chan!" she said, the chan seemed to come out of nowhere, she hadn't been calling her that before--but now she was. "Margy was poking someone she didn't know--so stephanie-chan had right to drag Margy away-way." She began to wave her arms about as she spoke, giggling in the process. "Burgers!" she said a second later.

Stephanie gave a warm chuckle, almost like that of a mother when her child had said something simple and sweet, yet completley true. "Ok...." She said warmly, then heard Margy continually squeel, "Burgers!!" "Yep, that we are!" Stephanie said with a smile. "I wonder if they taste any better here...." She said thinking aloud.

"I've only eaten there once, I never took the time to notice. I was kinda freaking out on the fact I had quills." Soul answered truthfully. "But the menu is pretty much the same." He informed, walking down the road was an easy task, but one had to run across the street to make the light.

"Ah, I see." Stephanie said mildly. She could have imagined Soul's akwardness, trying to situate himself into a booth without sticking the cushions. To feel as if there was a huge object on his back as he tried to sit back into the seat. That really must have sucked.... Just as she looked towards Soul, he was already crossing a busy street at a running pace. With a quick, "Crap!" Stephanie jumped up and began to run across the street behind Soul. "C'mon Margy, hurry up!" Stephanie shouted, turning her head slightly as she ran.

Margy blinked as she heard Stephanie call towards her and tell her to hurry up. Looking in front of her, Margy saw the busy street and blinked for a moment--looking like a deer in the headlights. It seemed that she was terrified of the moving vechicles--unfortunately, this was soon proved wrong as Margy let out a squeal and ran into the street at high speed without any consideration for her own safety. "WEEEEE!!! she squealed as she charged right across the street--zooming in front of a car or two in the process--before slamming right into Soul...with a great deal of force. "MARGY WINS!" she said and began to run around Soul hyperly, still as energetic as the first time they met. It seemed that she would never run out of energy--at least not anytime soon.

"Gah!" Soul shouted, flying forward. Instinct led to him rolling into a ball and bouncing off the wall. It seemed that some physics from the Sonic realm stayed in life. Coming out of his little ball, he tuned to Margy, "Eh..." He said. His reation time was quick, and it seemed this wasn't the first time he had been hit with a great deal of force. "Margy, you pushed me, so I think I won." He said, thinking logically.

Stephanie gave a happy chuckle as she put her hands on her hips, watching the two debate on who won the race. But as they seemed to walk slowly down the street as they bickered, something caught her eye up ahead. It was a huge M, and the standard red exterior around it. "Hey, I guess you both won. Look." She said, pointing her index finger at the structure ahead of them.

"Mickey Dees already? Huh, I wasn't counting the blocks. Come on guys." He said, beckoning them with his arm. He went from a brisk walk to a happy run, very hungry and in the company of friends. He had been alone for six months - it was good to have someone to talk to.

As Stephanie ran behind Soul as he called everyone to follow, she blurted out a happy laugh, silencing herself a fraction of a second later, realizing how retarded it probably sounded. Though she was still running, she seemed to speed up a little with her head lowered slightly. In a moment, they were all at McDonalds' door. It was clear glass, and inside the red structure she could see animal and human sitting, eating, and chatting it up. That itself was a wonder to her. Not just the fact there was a McDonalds, but that people could accept the biological rift between themselves and animals. "Wow....is it always like this?" She said, pointing inside. "Animals, people, all the time?"

"Not all the time, no, but only people who have time and are relaxed actually eat inside of McDonald's. Otherwise, Everyone is too high tension to even pay any attention to each other, let alone learn to accept differences." Soul answered, leaning on the bar in line. He looked at his place in line, and turned back to Stephenie. A small family, two teenagers, and a Mother with Child were in front of him. "I don't know how long we'll have to wait." He informed, so he went back to what he was saying before, "Anyway, I find myself lucky that I've experienced both ends of the spectrum, Animal and Human, and I gotta say, There isn't too much difference besides appearance. Although, We are a bit more flexible and have some pretty cool attributes."
