He smelled the air and gazed at her for 10 seconds"......ive noticed it for a while but your scent has been changing, your movements also look more...how i say..... stiff........"He could read her mind knowing what was really wrong, he didnt feel he had to tell her, he knew its her place and right to tell him if she felt necessary, and because of this, he said no more after his statment and waited for a response.

A very foreign feeling crept up inside her,she couldn't tell whether it was fear or perhaps surprise but she did feel a bit cold.Her finger tips were a light hue of a purple and blue,each finger felt numb to her and this did concern her a bit.Raising her left hand to her cheek,she felt along her jawline and stopped short when she felt something smear across her cheek.Looking to Naoki with a rather meek smile,she waved her free hand a little.As if to forget his words."Oh rubbish..i'm always a bit on the sore side or even achey...I..I suppose I-"She paused for two reasons,one being that she had pulled her hand away to look at her stained fingertips and the other being that she couldn't exactly think of a good lie.

He grinned slightly as he nodded"........your words are hesitant" he said turning back up at the sky still looking at her from the corner of his eyes, he could feel the emotion in the air shift"Your smell ......is that of aged........in a small way, its odd though you dont have the pure smell of a old lady but its slightly there, like a mask..........heh, your body is aging abnormally fast...........isnt it"he said in a slightly lower tone voice.

It was very odd for her at the moment,she even had enough blood to have a very faint blush to appear on her pale cheeks.Oh how embarrassing really,she didn't expect something like this to happen.Turning her face away to hide behind a curtain of black hair,she gazed to the side as she spoke."...It's not quite like that..it's just that I can't have..I can't have this facade of mine fall apart..."Although her words were calm and she appeared to be calm,she was rather frantic on the inside.What would happen when this shell of a body fell apart?How would she be able to hide from them if they could see her?

She turned her back to him slowly,she didn't want him to see her.Heaving a shuddering sigh past her pale lips,she felt a shiver run down her spine in ripples.Would it be so bad of her?Would it be so terrible to let it happen?..Just for once to live without a shell,without a facade?Shaking her head as if to rid of her thoughts,she raised her head slightly to look up as her left hand began to crack and the skin began to flake slightly."..I-I think i'll let it...no..never mind...silly thoughts,this is so very strange to me"She emitted a soft laugh that was bitterly sad and yet happy,could she accept it?

".........ever since i met you, there has always been something about you that always has pushed me.......away, always a barrier that you seem to put up.......it seems even now, i cant seem to get past it"He ended his glance at her and layed back looking straight up at the sky again and shrugged".............but i suppose you have your reasons so thats cool i suppose.......it makes you so ominously mysterious...........heh, to me, its what makes you so cool in my eyes.......hmm yea......cool".he said resting his head behind his head.

She blinked a few times at that,his words didn't seem to process to well with her.Turning to look at him,she slide her left hand over her deteriorating cheek as the skin on her hand turned as dark as ash.A slight tilt to her head as she attempted to understand what he was saying,cool?She couldn't recall a time when she was ever called as such,neither had anyone noted of her barriers."..I..Thank you then...i've never been deemed as such before...perhaps creepy or morbid but never that"

She attempted to shrug her shoulders but ended with a small wince of pain as her shoulders slumped considerably,her head was bowed slightly as another shuddering breath passed between her lips.She felt terribly light headed but opted to sit down again so she could cradle her sensitive head,oh how miserable and pathetic she must of looked.Shivering slightly,she saw more than felt a sudden pressure lift off from her body in a misty aura.Just as soon as she saw a barrier collapse,the ashen colored skin upon her hand simply dispersed to reveal scar less snowy white flesh beneath."Perhaps...it's not that i've been around for very long....I am just knowledgeable of many things..time passes differently for me I suppose"Her voice was slightly different from it's usual monotone state,it held a lilt of life to it.

With a soft rasp of air she clutched her side gently with a strained look upon her face,she felt so terribly warm.Like her insides were being liquidized again with her blood,almost as if she was burning up.With a small jolt,she felt everything fall apart.Her barriers that had hid her so well were diminished as she hunched over slightly,breathing ever so softly.As if afraid to stir the grass that she was somewhat knelt upon.She felt terribly warm still,almost hot and feverish but that wasn't her concern at the moment.She needed to find herself another shell,another facade to hide behind.Why hadn't she prepared sooner?How could she have forgotten such an important thing?Was she going mad?So many questions buzzed wildly in her skull as she actually felt the warmth of her skin."..really...such an odd sensation...am I suppose to be so warm?"She spoke softly with that odd lilt of life to it,as if there was so much more than ever before.

So very strange indeed and yet it was fascinating,she couldn't recall a time where she felt so warm.Carefully lifting her hands before her,she gazes at her scar less arms and hands.Almost as if her skin was of a new born,she placed delicate finger tips to her fragile cheeks.The skin wasn't marked or horribly scarred,not a scratch that could tell of her battles.It was just so damn strange,she had been so accustomed to the scars but now....she wasn't quite sure if she wanted to look up or not."..you mean you don't know?"There was true questioning in her voice as she spoke,lifting her head to look up at him from her sitting position.

He was quiet for a bit as he decided if he himself should also tell her the truth or not but he decided it wouldnt hurt"..............yea i did.....but this is the first time seeing you like this........its ......refreshing...........and ironic at the same time"He sat back up as he still looked at her, he couldnt help but smile for some reason.
