Hey guys. I'm back from preaching at the chapel of the school I was in a year ago. The Holy Spirit was there, and I'm pretty sure that God will work with the hearts of those who listened to His Word being exposed at that place. 3nodding

Guys, I'm going to be gone for a couple of days due to going in today to have my other surgery done. So can someone please continue doing the daily reading for me while I'm gone. As you can see we are in the book of Numbers and its pretty easy to do, just post one chapter a day. Also please keep me in your prayers while I'm having my surgery and recovering, thanks everyone I'll be missing you all while I'm away.

Hey guys. I've been sick since almost a week ago, and it was keeping me from being more active here. My mid-terms are around, though, but I'll try to be around more. smile

Hey everyone. This has been a sad week for me because of the passing of the Noel tropical storm over the Dominican Republic, starting last Sunday if I'm not mistaken. We technically didn't receive any warnings because there was a "national chain" (all the national channels presenting a single event) presenting our "beloved" president hosting an encounter with some journalists. Given to the misinformation, no one got prepared for the storm, and so far there are about 89 deaths, and millions and millions of material losses.

Such a situation is pretty sad, but I'm praying about it. I'm far more sad because I'm really sensitive to the hurt of those who are suffering, especially when it comes to the oppressed and the poor. Yet I'm setting my eyes on the Lord... only He knows what good He will deliver out of such a tragedy.

I hope all of you are doing well, while I've dedicated myself to sending aids to those who need it. Even though I don't have much, I just copy the example of the Macedonians exposed in the Scriptures through 2 Corinthians 8:1-15. Please pray about this situation, and keep setting your eyes on the Lord, no matter the circumstances. He knows what He's doing in our lives. 3nodding

Well, I had an awesome day today. Just after I finished my Financial Math classes, I was invited to a prayer meeting hosted by a small group of my university. They have had those meetings since about two months ago. This time, a woman with HIV came to the meeting, asking us for some help because she needed to buy some medicines for her child. We prayed with her, we talked to her about Jesus Christ, and we gave her the money she was needing. After that, each of us prayed out loud by turns... it had been a long time since I last prayed out loud with others, so it was pretty good. smile

Thats awesome Nexius...I'm so glad to hear that people are still out there praying for one another and in groups like that. Also please keep me in your prayers for I'll be moving soon and the move isnt going to be that easy on me.

sweatdrop Hi..just thought I'd post on here and ask if everyone could please pray for my Youth Pastor and his wife..they just had a child (she's so darn cute!) just that they get enough rest and have a good time enjoying this amazing gift that they've been given.

As for me, off to do art homework! scream Engard, paper!
