Ryo put the sword on his belt.
Ruby kept going through the jewelry.
Damon followed Aly and stopped outside her door."Hey Aly here."He said setting a simple looking necklace down it had a silver claw holding onto a amthyst the chain was also silver. "I thought you'd like it."Then he turned grabbed Nikko and went into his room.

Aly stared at the necklace in her hand biting her lower lip.
her falcon flew in through the open window. she gently put the necklace on her cot and took the message off its leg.
the time has come. be ready by the day after tomorrow
she stared at the note and then turned to face the necklace. she burned the note as she had the previous ones and then sat on her cot and picked up the necklace and clasped it around her neck. fingering the charm she murmured
"thank you Damon" and laid down on her cot staring at the ceiling

Damon went and fell asleep in his room and yo was left watching the ship Ruby went to sleep in his room and Tony in his.

(ok im going to ask that you let your carries submit to this because this has to happen...)
once everybody wwas asleep Aly slipped out of her room as silently as a cat. she went first to Ryo's room hich was closest. she produced some rope from her pack and bound him from head to toe. she went to Ruby's room next then tony and finally she stood before Damons cot. she tied hm up as well but there were tears in her eyes as she did so.
her reply had said
i will be ready by tonight
it was better to do this beore she changed her mind
she went outside to sea the royl navy's ships had arrived. they boarded the ship and Aly told them
"They're all yours" and with that she went bck to her room and locked t door.
the roya navy would keep the ship and place the captives in a room together. they wre ut in the brg
its better this way...she thought....they re pirates after all....
(long post but now you know the secret plot point o mine...and thiers more of course but that comes later

Ruby woke up first seeing strange poeple around her. "Ryo!!!!!"She screamed.waking everyone else up. "what the hell !"Tony yelled.
Ryo roleld off of his bed and the royal poeple picked him up and put them all in the middle of the main room.
Damon cursed att he royal guy."Hey what the hell leave me alone I havent done anythign but be with my friends."He said fear in his eyes. "Nikko!"He said as one of the guys kicked at his cat."Leave my cat alone you ugly a**."He said and tried to get to Nikko but was pulled back by his shirt which caused it to rip a little.
Ruby rocked back and forth she noticed Aly wasent there.how could she.....she thought to herself tears streamnig down her face.

Aly ran in at the sound of the noise. the guilt was plain on her face now and she couldnt meet thier eyes. but she ran into the room and stopped the man rom kicking Nikko
"Roger the cat is not a pirate so dont kick him again" she reprimanded him picking up Nikko from the floor
"stupid cat lover" he muttered turning away
"b*****d" she muttered.
before she walked out she told the gaurds.
"there is no need to cause injuries so dont do anything stpid" sh told them coldly and before she went out she inconspicuosly dropped Nikko into Damon's lap and eft wihtout a word.

Damon stared at her his mouth open. He then looked down at Nikko and rubbed his head against his. Nikko mewed quietly "Its ok baby when we get to land I need to to run off on your own please dont follow go find a new owner. "He said trying not to cry guys dident cry but the thought of Aly came to his head and a coulpe tears dropped.
Ruby was still crying and rocking back and forth they killed pirates they would be hung and she hadent done anything but steal and it was so survive. "I should have just killed myself."She said to herself.
Tony just kept quiet his face showed no emotion matching Ryo's.

Aly walked outside the room and Roger followed her.
"You like the kid with the cat dont you?" he sneered. he was at least ten years oler with the mentalty of an onoxious two year old.
"Dont be ridiculous Roger. i learned in training just like you did. you never get attached. I'm not stupid unlike you" she snapped
"liar" he said with a smirk as she turned on her heel and stomped off.
she went back to her room and sat on the bed.
they re pirates they are bad people they deserve this. im just feeling....nothing i feel nothing that was what she told herself over and over as she cried herself to sleep with images of her former crew memebers floating in her mind

Ruby eventually cried herself to sleep along with Damon we hadfallen asleep with his head hanging down Rubys head was on Ryos shoulder. Tony stayed awake watchign everythign while Ryo dirfted off.

the next day aly woke up and went into the kitchen to find another fellow soldier Ben making somehing for all the men aboard the ship.
Aly said nothing and watched him cook. he glanced at her miserable face knowingly
"You got attached huh?" he asked gently
"i tried not to" she mumbled.
"its the hardest part of this job" he told hr. she said nothing as he handed her four plates full of food and a saucer of milk on a huge platter.
"they will need to eat something" he told her with a small smile which she answered weakly with one of her own. Ben had been the first person she met in the sevice. he ws in his thirties and an old veteran. he had taken her under his wing in the beginning and he was a better father than her actual one.
Aly brought the food into the room.
"stand outside the door i will supervise the meal" she told the two gaurds and they obeyed.
she placed the plates in front of each of them and untied thier hands.
"So you can eat...and dont try anyting stupid and make me call the gaurds"
she placed the saucer of milk in front of Nikko and sat down against the door

Damon pushed the food towards Nikko.who happily munch on a litlle bit of it then went back to his milk.
Ruby ate but stayed silent.
Tony and Ryo ate as well while glaring at Aly.
Damon rubbed his wrists there were red marks from being bound. He sighed and fixed his ripped shirt to cover th scars on his stomach better then he stared back at Nikko watching him eat.

He looked up at her his face full of hurt. "******** off."He said before laying down on his side staring at Nikko.
Ruby looked at Damon shocked he'd said that to her but she could understand why he was more hurt then everyone he had liked her a lot. She sighed and finished the food and pushed the plate away.

Ryo reached in his pocket and pulled out a lighter and a cigg. He hadent smoked in awhile but at the moment he needed it. He lit one up and took a deep drag. Ruby looked at him then at Tony who Ryo passed the cigg to and he lit another one.

she sighed and stood up to open the door. she told the gaurds
"lets see how they do when they arent closely monitored. remain outside the door for now" the nodded and she walked to her room fingering the amythest charm Damon had given her the night before
