Correction Gold, what you just described was an anarchy not a monarchy. Monarchy is basically like how the old British, French, etc. used to rule. Anarchy is just pure utter chaos.
Though with a monarchy politics do still exist to some extent to keep the order within the people.

crying my comp has a Download.Trojan crying Nortan cant fix it and so i try to manually do it but i cant find it crying

to fix this easily and cheap heres some question demon.
1. what operation system do you have?
2. do you have all the cd's for all your computers parts that came with it?
if you have an operating system with dos on it demon you can input the reformat comand and then reload windows and your drivers.
and demon alot of the time once a trojan gets into your computer you can't get rid of it. i belive its because it masks norton from finding it.
i got a trojan once which messed with stuff and masked my norton so it couldn't detect anything at all.
and on a side note demon. alot of thoes program will change tehre name once there on your comp and if you find the trojan it will ietehr move when you touch it, click on it, or try to delete it.
