Some how hearing Ming-ming Maria saw the time from a large wall clock. 'Maybe I might have gone too far' she thought.
The light from her beyblade then disappeared. The color in her body then returned. Her beyblade without any command let itself fall into the wave making it stop spinning. She let herself lose there. Without Kai she had no energy to continue more.
She then removes her shoes and let out some water from inside. She then picked up her beyblade from the watery stage then bowed to Spencer, “I hope we become good team mates” she said with a bright smile.

{I know what they are. I just don't know 'where' they are on the board. But I know someone who does, so I'll just get her help.}
::3/4 Former Blitzkrieg Boys::
Tala, without thinking, let himself drift to sleep.
Seaborg retreated to Spencer's hand; he was smirking. "Told you, you wouldn't beat me." She then bowed to him, which made him raise an eyebrow in suspicion. Then he remembered, Oh yea. This girl is on my team... After a second, the Russian responded. "Ugh, yea..."
Bryan smiled. Finally! He then cleared his throat and stepped up to the dish. "I hope you don't mind that I don't let you 'recover' from your previous 'intense' battle." His sly smile turned into a smirk as he reached into his pockets and pulled out his launcher, blade and ripcord. Spencer replied, snapping his blade back onto it's launcher with a 'click'. "Not at all."

Johnny pulled his hands out of his pockets and rested them on his knees. Not a very 'proper' sitting position, but heck he didn't care, he was just trying to focus on the chess match. After careful consideration of his next move, the crimson-haired teen picked up the pawn in front of his king, and moved it forward one space. Finally, I've got a strategy! That only took, geez-- How long have I known Robert?--wow a long time...

{Might as well assume the position as the rest of my team members, unless someone wants to take them? -looks around eagerly-}
::Others::
Tyson was still sitting in the meeting room, staring out the window. He would be against all his former teammates this year...as would everybody. But he just felt, strage. Bryan was his 'team captain'. The blue haired blader figured he must be pretty descent, hanging around Tala and all. Though his decision today for a team...just boggled Tyson's mind. Which wasn't hard to do. Lee was a good strong blader, but quick to anger. Miguel was passionate and strong as well. Julia was the best on her team, F-Dynasty, but she isn't as good of a blader without her brother. I'm looking forward to see how he's gonna train us tomorrow...
Lee was already outside, training with Miguel and Julia. The three of them decided to try and work on their team skills before the actual practice tomorrow.

((goddessanime: how does that answer my question about the 'her' mentioned in the red-text paragraph? And I really can't understand what you stated in your OOC post aside from the 'please address problems in PM' part...))
Again, an eyebrow shot up questioningly. What in blazes-? Robert thought, eyeing the board. Was Johnny...copying his moves? It certainly seemed so. Both times it had been essentially the same pieces and the same number of spaces. But he'd need a third move to be sure.
The lilac-haired teen reached out and moved his king's bishop three spaces diagonally to the left, to C-4.
Then he leaned back and waited for his 'opponent' to make his move.
----------------------------------
Success! Mariam thought triumphantly. Not only had she managed to finally get her blade to travel up the wall and on top of it, but it seemed her Sharkrash still had enough energy to run at least one-fourth the entire length of it - at the top, of course.
Smiling as she followed her blade - lest it drop on the other side and she'd have to jump after it - Mariam thought of ways to utilize this new move in the stadium during battles.
Would it be possible to recreate the movement, sans the wall? she wondered. And she suspected she knew the answer: if one's element happened to be air or wind, then it was possible. But hers was water; could it be done then?
She decided she'd just have to find out herself, either as soon as her blade went down, or tomorrow during the training session.
--------------------------------
Brooklyn felt in his coat pocket for the house key. He'd shared the two-storey bungalow-type building with Garland for a little over a year now. And he knew the pale blue-haired blader wasn't back yet.
Unlocking the door, the aqua-eyed teen swung it open inwards and flicked the switch on the wall nearby, flooding the main hallway with light. After closing the door and pocketing the key, Brooklyn stretched as he traversed the hallway. He was feeling a bit hungry, and so thought to have a snack.
And perhaps, afterwards, he'd train for a while in the training room they'd built in the basement.

"I have no idea how Tala is going to train us tomorrow but I'm hoping that were going to work on team work first." Kioshi sighed.
Emily nodded her head agreeing with her teammate. She and Kioshi then settled into bed.
Kioshi dreamed of the next day and possibly pissing a few people off.

Johnny stared at the bored for a minute. He went through his options in his head, thinking he was starting to finally understand this bizare game. Then, after yawning, the crimson-haired teen reached for his queen and moved it forward on space. "So, Robert, what have you been up to lately?"
::3/4 Former Blitzkrieg Boys::
Tala rolled over in the bed, still sleeping.
"Where'd Tala go?" Spencer asked curiously. Bryan shrugged and looked around. It seemed the red head had let himself out. "Beats me." He replied. "It feels weird, not being on a team together..." Spencer said, lowering his launcher. "Yea, it kind of does. Though, Tala doesn't seem to mind the change." Bryan took a good look at Falborg before attatching him to the gun-shaped launcher. "Do you think our teams have a chance? I mean with Kai and Tala on a separate team. I can already see the finals. Just for fun he did a bad DJ Jazzman impression. "This is it! The deciding match of the tournament. Everybody put her hands together for Tala and Kai!!" Spencer chuckled, "Are you sure it's not gonna be: Bryan vs Tala." The gray-haired teen shook his head no. "I sure hope not! I'd rather send Tyson out there to fight Tala. You know he'll be merciless as always, but even more so on us." Spencer nodded in agreement, "That's true..."

{Just tell the problem in private}
As Maria walked away from the stage she looked at her beyblade. She was shocked to see a thin line of black. She then hid her beyblade inside her vest pocket.
"You shouldn't battle anyone yet who doesn't know about you sacred spirit. They might hurt your face. What will the fans say about our cute faces." Ming-ming said acting all cute again.
"I would rather have a fair battle. I can handle myself. How about just a quick battle the two of us?" Maria then said.
"Sure"
They then set on one of the stage.Ming-ming then transforms to her other self . She then said in a more mature manner,"I for one knows but will not hold back."
Maria then smiled more and replied," That's why I like you Ming-ming" Maria then removed her shuriken from her hair inserted the string to one of her fingers and put her blade to it.

"To tell you the truth, I haven't been doing much of anything, aside from going around the city," Robert replied, studying the board. Looks like Johnny hadn't been copying him move for move after all; that was a relief for the violet-haired teen to know. "That's why I'm glad the tournament will be starting soon; it'll be something else to keep me occupied."
After saying this, Robert moved his queen's knight to C-3.
------------------------------
"I think we'll stop for today," Kai said. He'd seen Hilary progress throughout the session, even if it was just a bit. "At least now you can control your blade. Unless of course...you want to continue?"
Hilary nodded quickly. Of course she wanted to continue. Just being able to control her blade...that was small change compared to what her teammates were capable of, and she didn't want them to not take her seriously, being a rookie and all.
"I want to see if I can get my blade to spin for more than 2 minutes, Kai," she said, inspecting the pale blue top for any damages; there were none. "I mean, I'm glad I was able to control it and all, but it was spinning only for around a minute, maybe only a little more."
"If you want to do that, then go ahead. I was merely making a suggestion."
In truth, he was glad to see her refusing to stop, even when she'd mastered control over her blade; in terms of determination and spirit, Kai hadn't made the wrong decision choosing her. In fact, it tied in quite nicely with Kai's plan: to get Hilary past the rookie stage and on par with say...Raul, or even Julia of F-Dynasty, in at most a week. If such a feat were possible, he'd make sure he'd be the first whose attempt would succeed.
------------------------------
After swallowing the last of his orange juice, Brooklyn set the glass down and then rummaged in his pocket for Zeus and his launcher.
Time to train, I guess... the flame-haired blader thought, ambling his way over to staircase that led to the basement.
------------------------------
"Oh, fudge..." Mariam muttered as she picked her way carefully up the large oak. Her blade had 'chosen' the wrong spot to fall off, landing in the tree and getting stuck in its branches...way too high for Mariam to reach just by jumping; she didn't think the rod she'd thought of using to dislodge the blade could reach it, either. So, here she was, climbing the oak tree.
"Ha!" She exclaimed, grabbing hold of her Sharkrash while maintaining her balance on the large bole she stood on. Note to self: make sure trees in next training area aren't too tall...
She jumped down, rounding up on her feet gracefully, and pocketed her blade. Perhaps she'd head back to where the Saint Shields were holed up - if Ozuma and the others were there already - and get some rest. She did have an early training session with her new team...

The both came into position and together said ," 3.2.1..Go shoot!" Their beyblades clashed and attacked each other.
"Here we go"Ming-ming said then transformed to her cute self and sang a different song. Ming-ming's beyblade then danced and attacked Maria's beyblade with perfect skill Maria's blade can barely defend at first.
Maria chuckled, "You think you can beat me with that. We are partners. I know that song." Maria then attacked Ming-ming according to beat of the song as if dancing along with it. Ming-ming quickly turned back to her other self. They battled more. Both of them had a hard time. "Venus!" Maria then called out her own becoming a still statue. They clashed and their beyblade both came out of the ring. It was a draw. Maria then returned to her body with a small slash on her right leg. Maria tried to catch her breath. Ming-ming then returned to her cute self. They then both picked up their beyblades. "Are you okay?" Ming-ming asked. "Just a scratch"Maria answered.
Meanwhile Kenny took a while checking Mao's beyblade. "Hey Kenny why are you taking so long?"Mao complained "Wait a minute I haven't seen you beyblade from this close before." ********************************************************** {I asked to be Gartland temporarily. So I want this to start}
Finnaly Gartland thought then said, " Daichi Gary Claude Rick . Your with me" as they were the only ones left.

"Hey Crusher, how's you sister?"Rei then asked Crusher.
"To a full recovery. She even wants to learn how to blade."Answered Crusher.
"So everyone" Rei then called out to his team mates, "Want to start ahead? Some already did."
Mathilda then nodded. "Sure"replied Crusher. "okay" said Michael. "Fine with me" Oliver answered.
They then left the room together and walked towards the training rooms. {Best I can think of}

Maria felt her legs soar with her socks wet and a small would not stained her white socks. She removed her socks why sitting down at the observation area of the training room. She then squeezed out the water. She then pulled out a band aid just the right size to cover the wound. She then wore back the socks relieved to be free of the excess water yet the blood stain was still visible yet small. She felt a bit of fatigue fighting twice in a row, but didn’t show it.
She then left the room and quietly searched for the training room Kai was in. She found them. She peaked with no sound. With just a small hole to peak in she was most satisfied to be watching from afar. Watching them she saw the dedication oh Hilary realizing that, that may be the reason why Kai choose her, while she would only do twice that if Kai was in the area. ‘Let me just watch you’ that’s enough for me she wished.
She was not only watching Kai but their blades with every turn, every attack.amazed her. All the training and hard work was all to battle Tyson, she knew. {I'll slow down}

"Ara~!" Hilary exclaimed as she watched her blade soar out of the dish. Everything had happened quite fast. First, the auburn-haired girl had been trying to get her blade to spin for two minutes or more; the next thing she knew, she was battling Kai. Of course, it had been more than a few minutes - probably around ten, since it took several tries for Hilary to get her blade to spin for the desired time - but to the girl, it seemed that mere seconds had passed.
She reached up and deftly caught her wayward blade, then glanced up at Kai, her eyes questioning.
Kai read the query in his rookie teammate's eyes and shoved down a smile that threatened to escape. Hilary wanted to know if she'd proved her worth on the team, if she was going to make a good blader...
And the answer was 'yes', though he did not let on. He was pleased with the results, to say the least. His goal seemed very much in reach now.
"You've been...training - though not much - on your own, haven't you?" Kai asked. If she hadn't, then what explanation was there - aside from her mental capabilities, of course - for her quickness in grasping the concepts needed to successfully manipulate one's blade?
Hilary was speechless, caught off-guard by the question put forth by the slate-haired blader, but she recovered wits soon enough. "I started...just last week, but I didn't know there was more to blading than getting your blade into the dish." This last part she half-whispered, embarrassed at her ignorance.
The crimson-eyed teen across the stadium gave only a small grin in reply, one that seemed to say 'Well, now you know,'; that mistake was understandable, anyway.
"While you have made progress in your stamina, speed, and general control," Kai went on, "there's still the matter of being able to really control your blade, to get it to switch between tactics - offensive, defensive, endurance - in the blink of an eye. And it doesn't matter if you don't have an auto-change base." he added that last part as an afterthought.
It was true; one didn't need an auto-change base when one could really control the blade. Kai knew this intimately, as his current blade had no such part.
"Anyway, we'll work on that tomorrow. If you want to,"
The ruby-eyed girl nodded. She was quite tired now, and wanted to rest up. "Okay, we'll do it tomorrow..." she said, just to emphasize her agreement to the arrangement. She pocketed blade and launcher and made her way down from the platform.
Kai followed suit, though he took a 'shorter' way - he jumped down from the platform. Then he led the way back to the door; perhaps it was time to head back home.

As she saw Kai walk out of the room, Maria immediately hid then ran in ninja steps on the opposite direction of the exit towards the darkness where he could not see her , but she still can see him. He was ending the day as it seems and she though she would too. After a few minutes, she then head back to the hotel hoping not to be seen that she was watching Kai.

After an hour, the red-head finally woke up. He let out a long yawn, then sat up in bed. "Must have dozed off..." Turning his head, he looked at the clock. "Man, it felt longer than that. Oh well." With a push off his bed, the Russian stood and walked over to his shoes. Tala slipped them on with ease, and then opened the door. "I wonder what they boys are up too..."
Bored, Tala walked down the hall with his hands in his pockets.
::1/4 Former Majestics::
"It's kind of strange how they changed up the teams this year. I mean we didn't even get to decide what team we wanted to be on." Johnny reached forward and moved his queen ahead one space.

"Yes, it is rather unorthodox," Robert returned, nodding in agreement. Of course, having new teammates was a good thing - in fact, Robert welcomed the idea - but...not having to choose by themselves, aside from the captains?
Without hesitation, the lilac-haired blader moved his queen to H-5, then leaned back against the chair.
------------------------------
Kai shut the door and locked it. He was back in the Hiwatari manor, after having accompanied Hilary just to the corner of the stree where the BBA headquarters were; after that, they were headed in opposite directions.
The crimson-eyed teen didn't bother with lights; he knew his way around the house better than anyone did, and he made his way down the hall, up the stairs, and into his room without so much as a stumble. Once in his room, it was only then that he flicked on the lights, allowing a very pale yellow to wash over everything.
He reached up to the back of his neck and took off his scarf, placing it on the nearby table, then walked over to his desk and brought out a clean sheet of paper. He needed to draw up an effective training schedule for his team.
-------------------------------
I'll have to ask Kenny to help me improve my blade sometime... Hilary thought as she slid shut the door to her home. No doubt the rather diminutive Beyblade researcher was busy now, and she didnt' want to disturb him. Even though she knew they'd be on opposing teams, they were still friends - and both were technically rookies when it came to the sport.
The auburn-haired girl made her way to the kitchen, poured herself some orange juice, and made a sandwich. Time for a snack.
--------------------------------
The whirring sound stopped abruptly as Zeus ricocheted off the dish slope and zoomed back into its master's open palm. Gripping his blade tightly, Brooklyn's grin grew a bit wider. Zeus was still every bit as powerful and deadly as it had been months before, and the aqua-eyed teen was glad of that fact.
"That's enough training for today, I guess." Brooklyn said aloud to no one in particular, then pocketed Zeus and his launcher, and then made his way towards the staircase that led upstairs.

"Hm, I'll say... All the teams are all mixed up. We don't even know if we were chosen for our skill or just by random selection." Johnny put his elboes on the table, and stared at the board for a minute. He then moved the pawn on the far right ahead one space. Why do I still have that gut feeling that I'm about to loose?
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-
Tala continued walking around. There was really nothing else for him to do, except plan for tomorrow. Then again, there really wasn't that much for him to plan. He had been captain of the Demolition Boys and the Blitzkreig Boys. Training this team wouldn't be that different-- would it? I guess it wouldn't hurt to do some extra training. Maybe Bryan and Spencer are still in the training room. I'll go see...
Bryan already had the upper hand. His blade Falborg was pushing it's old ally Seaborg out of the dish. Though Spencer quickly put a stop to it by calling out his special attack. Seeing this attack coming, Bryan also decided to call out his attack. The two blades collide and sent eachother back to their owners. "Well what do you know; a tie." Bryan said, looking at Falborg in his hand.
~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~
Lee's blade flew back to his hand. "I don't know about you two, but I've had enough for today..."
"Yea. We don't want to be over-exaughsted for the real thing tomorrow." Miguel added, picking up his blade and putting it back in his pocket.
Julia nodded. "Sounds good."
Tyson left the meeting room, and went outside. There he saw Lee, Miguel, and Julia. It looked like they had just finished training. He smiled, and continued walking.
