Just a run aorund the block Major...or should I say...Captain? 2 Lt. Dantes will have to make some scans to find the closest inhabitable planet near us...we don't want to head out without a place to go.

How would we be able to do that? Some kind'a scanner? An 'inhabitable planet' would need to be Earth-sized unless the Dunerunner has an extremely tough hull. Then need an atmosphere with oxygen; Water; and land, for that.

((Is this RP based on Earth? If so I can simply pull out my encycolapedia of all things astronomical and locate the nearest life supporting planet.))

((I dont really think NASA (or any country's space administration) has found any planet that could support life. Mars, with a heavy pre tense and a possible extreme future. Or Darwin IV. If you've seen Alien Planet on Discovery Channel))

They're just so absurdly far away that its near pointless to begin to bother with them.))

*Dantes checks some probes that have come across some promising planets* Hmm This one here, Alpha Aurum and this one, Nequam 5 both are able to support human life but Alpha Aurum Has a more welcoming environment with lush jungles, flowing planes and crystal clear oceans, Nequam 5 is basically just Desert with one small sea and a few sparse forests.

Nequam would sound like a good place for a training facility... But as for now, I vote on Alpha... Whats-its-name. *shrugs and laughs a bit*
