no, lexie is Meredith's half-sister, we don't know bar sluts name yet, but there are rumors that she may be lexie

I tend to doubt that, because wasn't Mer's half-sister's name Molly?

Addison recruits a reluctant Meredith to help with her half-sister Molly, who is in the hospital for a C-section. Complications with the baby mean that it has to be delivered prematurely. Susan, her father's second wife, says she hasn't yet told Molly about Meredith.

Therefore I doubt it is Mer's half sister.. Unless she has a half-sister that we do not know about..

She has 2 half sisters..... molly and lexie. Lexie is the med student from Harvard.......

In the episode, "Don't Stand Close To Me," Thatcher wasn't there for the beginning of Molly's C Section, because he was visiting Lexie at Harvard according to Susan.

omg i just noticed, if Derek did date one of Meredith's sisters, it'll be like "keeping it in the family"

Former Reunion star, Chyler Leigh has been offered a multiple episode contract for Season 4; Leigh guest starred in the final two episodes of season three as Lexie Grey, a new intern and Meredith Grey's younger half-sister.

Tiffani Thiessen is in talks with ABC after the cancellation of What About Brian to guest star as Derek's psychiatrist sister.
