For example, (I'm not sure if Puzzles and Sumi read this part yett) Choppers was distressed that Kaen was immediately reinvited back into the guild by Water Rouge, who didn't ask for permission beforehand.
As long as we have some sort of process to finalize problems such as that, I'll be fine. and also we brought up the fact that carma banning me was a tad rash and would have been a better choice to run it by a few other people first. Fact? No.. I don't believe it was rash at all..
It was what.. three days of arguing? That's actually a LONG time, for someone to argue with three mods.
Ever been to a normal forum? Mods will ban you if you argue like that with three of them, after the first swear word. So we were being wayyy lenient.

Alright, after skimming around... I have this to say.
Council... not good for this small amount of people.
and..
Nibi, LAY THE HELL OFF OF BANNING PEOPLE, DAMNIT! scream
OMG its BAN this, and BAN that with you. Nearly EVERY fight I've seen in here involved you, and guess what? It ended with a BAN.
In fact, I propose that we ban nibi herself. What do you think, guys?

No, despite my hate for her, she does know what she is doing. Gler you just have a grudge. Nibi does her job. If she didn't ban Kaen or Syko didn't I would have. And so would Sumi. And most likely other mods. So you sir are in the wrong. Kaen knew he had it coming. Even Kaen admits if someone banned him for swearing at a mod he would have been in the wrong.

I have an idea: How about we have only a few mod's, instead of this whole big a** list of people that can ban just about anyone? That way, we wont need a council.. Because I'm pretty sure the people that were going to be on the council anyway are going to be the people that stay mod's..
Anyways.. If you all have trust issues, why have so many mod's? Why not just leave the banning to the few mod's that do a good job of it, instead of having someone who doesn't know what they're doing ban someone then have to wait for the "council" to make a decision if it was right or wrong to do so..
Choppers and I talked about it, and he agree's as well. It'd make things a helluva lot easier. neutral

I'm tired. =D
I think the only reason we have so many mods was that so people could manage their followers, but we don't have too many followers so we don't need it. xd
Aaand I wasn't thinking along the lines of have the person be banned and then discuss, but more along the lines of discuss and then punish/acquit/whatever.
Anywho, that's all I have to say at the moment. XD

Think about it. More than half the mods are hella innactive, a quarter of the ones that are active, don't ban people, or do it for "stupid reasons".. It's basically useless to have this many mod's.
