(Mmmmm) Peanuts you can make more yummy baked goods out of them and I don't like the taste of Cashews. (We were doing conditioning where you have a partner hitting, kicking and punching you while you stand there to build up indurince. Sound worse then it is unless you are me and the teacher hit me in the butt ((Not sexualy... like one of the guys)) so I kicked him in his... lets see a Sr YELLOW belt and a 3rd degree black belt that has black belts in 4 other types of martal arts... I'm dead.) All fun and games really it was at the end of class and he has a good sence of humor. On top/On bottem? (I could be talking about grappling or I could not.)

You're at work and someone insults you in front of people you respect. You only have two options...
Bottle up the rage and get them back later, or deliver a sharp-tongued reply that may quite well land you in trouble.
