Eustathios didn't trust s**t that was big and glowed, he stood to the side of them, making sure he could get a good vantage point. The Spartan already pulled himself up into his combat stance as he had many times before. With one spear on his back, and the other in his hands, the shields clustered close to his huddled body. He resembled a football player at the line, but a lot more threatening. And then he heard the words of Hiroshi, instantly he turned about face, pointing his weaponry out, ready to spring forth at the first threat.

The beautiful pillar of light was amazing, and Minxi couldn't resist one last smile. "Thank you, Gamma." She snapped out the crop against his back one last time and then stepped through into the Unraveling world herself.

" 'The ********! oh forgive me lord.", Sieg siad as he tried to take back him using such a vile word. He still had an irritated look on his face as he looked towards the large beam of light that flickered away as soon as it came into being. All this strangeness was taking place right under Siegs nose, and he wants some answers. Sieg shot to his feet, looking towards the man who had said 'open says me'. The mercenaries didnt look any more trusting of the thing than Sieg did...It was obvious that they didnt know any more than him. "What the heck was that!"

"Doesn't matter," Tadashi said, with a shrug. "It won't hurt you none. Now, if you'll excuse me..."
He dived head-first into the portal, vanishing from sight.

Strange. You'd think someone disappearing into a ray of light would be weird. Yeah, well... Gamma had been around this block a few times. He nodded, grinning, and she disappeared.
Gamma turned around..
And whipped the chainsaw down into his waiting hands. He stepped out before the other two heads of Cerberus.
"Hey." Gamma shouted louder than people should be able to shout. Some bastardized form of Kiai paired with his innate ability to draw attention.
A thumb flicked the ignition on the chainsaw. The whole square around the fountain was shot through with the sound of a whining electrical motor.
"Get out."

Miles could only shake his head at Sieg. After all the strange s**t he'd seen these past few days how much was a giant pillar of light out of the ordinary.
"Shut the ******** up and do what the guy said. No one gets in!"
They'd be paid more money for this and Miles was happy for the prospect of getting more. Drawing his axe he readied himself.

"DAMN IT!"
Rage yelled angrily as he reached the man he had been tracking up until now... who promptly disappeared into the portal. He let Owle (AFK) down to the ground, who had been riding on his back, and Vahn (AFK) was close behind.
"..."
"Anybody know what the hell's going on? Because I'm about this close to jumping in there and figuring it out myself," said Rage, cracking his knuckles.

The explosion of light behind him made Gareth's hair stand on end. He turns to face it, the game of marbles forgotten.
Gareth: "Mother of God."
He quickly turns back to the kids.
Gareth: "Um...we've got to go take care of that. Tell ya what. Wanna trade? I'll give you this one for the center." Goddamnit, don't start haggling, kid...

His eyes scanned the area like a panther, everything was quickly beginning to heat up, more people entered.
No one seemed to be listening.
Oh well, it was time to slaughter all those who even attempted to break their legal contract. Several people began to curse, he smirked, each of them looked frightened at the new development. Eustathios could care less what he was guarding, this was truly the Battle of Thermopylae. Three men, guarding a gate, against odds that were quickly beginning to mount.
