When Epotheros mentioned Tramer’s absence worry struck Clover. She no longer noticed the pain surging throughout her body. After a few moments she registered Epotheros’ request and said feebly, “I’ll try.” Clover brought her arm back in and tried to position herself on a wooden slab. With each movement she flinched slightly. Clover wanted so such to completely forget the pain and just be back on solid ground again. In order to reach her goal she knew she would have to put forth a lot of effort.
She carefully lowered her body, bracing on the piece of wood along with the rope. Finally after a few minutes she had reached Epotheros’ back. She was still clinging to the rope and had half of her body braced on a wooden board. She swallowed hard to keep the pain in as she positioned herself on Epotheros’ back. She was able wrap her legs around his waist and her arms about his neck. She attempted not to strangle, luckily her hold wasn’t too tight. With a sigh of relief that she hadn’t fallen to her doom yet, Clover commented, “I’m sorry.” She felt like an extremely heavy burden.

With Clover secure, he now tried to haul himself up the remnants of the bridge. His arms were starting to burn now from the amount of time and effort he had spent hauling this weirght and hers up the remaining 60 yards. He was still unable to use his legs that much since they were still throbbing from the impact from when he hit the rocks. After about 30 minutes he was able to feel the lose dirt of the ground above. He was tierd, and the sweat that covered his palms caused him to exert even more energy to hold on. With a last ditch effort of his own strength he threw himself and Clover up ove the edge and landed on the grass near the edge.
He hoped that when they landed, that he did not hurt her since her legs were still under his waist. Epotheros then slowly pushed himself up into a pushup position which allowed Clover was free to unwrap her legs. He then shifted his weight so she would roll of to the side of him. He then sat there for a minute and allowed some strength to return to his weakened state.
"Are you alright?" he said in a shaky voice, while observing the bright red scrape that ran up her back.

Clover clung to Epotheros with the little strength she had left. Once they reached the top Clover release Epotheros and rolled onto grassy land. She was so happy to be on solid ground again. She laid on her side. Clover didn’t feel like moving nor did she feel as if she had the ability to anymore. For the whole duration of clinging onto Epotheros’ back to now her head hurt more than the rest of her body. Clover let out a small laugh in reply to Epotheros’ question. “I’m alive,” she answered in a quiet, weaken vioce.

"I'm going to go find that stable manager. He might be able to help us."
Epotheros then tried to get up, stumbled a bit on his sore legs, but soon was able to find his balence. He then hobbled over to the stable managers door all the while keeping an eye on Clover, since in the state she was in she was easy prey for anything. As he knocked on the door, Kamots crept out from behind the building and sat in front of Epotheros.
"Kamots, can you go over to were Clover is lying and watch her?"
He wasn't expecting a verbal reply, but it did seem Kamots understood and trotted over to were Clover laid. He then knocked on the door again and the grumpy old man opened the door and said with a sarcastic tone about how he looked like he ran into a tree while riding his horse. After a few minutes of explaning the situation ethe old man said he would help and went to heat some water up. He told Epotheros to bring Clover over to his house and he'll be able to treat her.
Epotheros not in the best ability to carry, even someone as light as her, over the distance required so he went and got shadow out of the stable and hooked him up to the cart. Epotheros then directed Shadow over to where Clover was lieing. He then got off his hourse and picked her up in his arms and placed her on the blankets, before driving off back to the stable manager's house. When they got there the old man was waiting at his door and held it open as Epotheros carried her inside and set her down on the bed.
He then sat down on a chair and begain to worry about Tramer and Larien. Hopefully Tramer was still alive and Larien was strong enough to pull hm out of the canyon.

Larien soared down the canyon wall until she could make out a faint glimpse of Tramer.
"Tramer! I'm coming!!!"
Faster she flew towards Tramer and the surrounding beasts. Stopping short of Tramers head she reached her hand down to him."Grab on!!"

Clover watched as Epotheros walked towards the stable. His figure was blurred and soon enough Clover passed out. While she sleep no dreams visited her mind, at least none that she would remember. Even when she was taken to the stable she remained unconscious. Clover eyes opened to see Epotheros seating in the room. She was still weak and in pain. Clover didn’t attempt to speak instead she closed her eyes and thought, How long have I bee out? The others aren’t back. I hope they’re alright. They’re tough I’m sure they’re still alive. Her mind raced in and out of worry, pain, and regret. Again she thought that if she had kept to herself and just looked for another way to gain profit then maybe the others wouldn’t be in such an awful predicament.

After some time of stretching his legs, the pain started to subside and he was able to walk again. Nothing to demanding, but at least he would be able to hobble to the edge of the cliff to see if he could find Larien and Tramer. They have been gone longer than he thought it should have taken. Or perhaps they we lost. H decided it would be best to go find them and bring them back to the old man's house so we could recover and try to figure out the best way to get across. Epotheros then stood up and made his way to the bed Clover was resting on, and sat on the edge. He couldn't tell if he was awake or not, but thought it would best if he told her were he was going.
He placed the palm of his hand on her cheek and gently pulled it back. He did not know if it was out of affection or trying to wake her up, but it just felt like something he should do. "Clover, I'm going to see if I can find Larien and Tramer. You stay here and rest for now." After that he stood up, put his weapons and armor in the corner, sue to the extra weight they represented, and made his way out the door and to the canyon.

((I am just going to say that Tramer grabbed Larien's hand and then passed out as soon as she had a good hold on him to get me out of a tight spot.)) Larien strained under the weight of both herself and Tramer. Looking up desperatly at the opening of the canyon a feeling of hopelessness washed over her. She would never be able to make it up to the top. She was growing steadily tired in trying to keep them both out of the creatures reach. She spotted a small rock ledge right above her. With all the strength she could muster she pulled herself up and grabbed the ledge. Hanging helplessly she used the last of her strength to throw Tramer up onto the ledge.
She had herself halfway up onto the ledge when pain ripped through her entire body threatening to tear her in two. She had no strength left and let go of the ledge. She fell to the ground, surrounded by the beasts that threatened Tramer, and unconsious.

I sat on the ground the orb of light around me was steadily shrinking a feeling of hopelessness washed over me but I decided not to give up and if it was my time to die I would take as many of these creatures with me as I could thought about using magic to mend my broken arm but if I did I would not have enough power to keep the light up so I tore my shirt and made a sling I then sat there watching the creatures get steadily closer as the light dimmed
The light now only illuminated about one foot around me I was getting reedy to unsheathe one of my swords and give these things a fight to remember when I saw larien flying down toward me at first I thought my mind was playing tricks on my so I said nothing to larien she then flew right over me and extended a hand “well even if it is just in my head at lest it’s a chance” I thought to myself as I reached up and took her hand I then was pulled up from the ground I sighed in relief as we started to gain altitude I then noticed her flying was becoming strained and we started to go down “no” I thought to my self as we started to heed back toward the ground she tried to make it to a ledge but as we landed only I made it
I stumbled to my feet and tried to grab her hand but I was to slow she then fell to the ground I stood there for only a second and then jumped back down into the darkness “forsara goma” I whispered to myself as soon as I hit the ground as I did it seemed as if a bright light illuminated the landscape it was a useful spell but took a lot of energy and in my weakened stat I would not last long I then unsheathed one of my swords with my left hand and started to cut throw the creatures getting to larien as I did I saw that they had only barley got to her and left her alone to go after me as I fought I examined the landscape and what I saw horrified me all I could see were waves of these creatures they seemed never ending I new in my current stat I stood no chance but I was not going to leave larien behind the only reason she was down here was to help me I got up to her and picked her up and put her over my shoulder as I did one of the creatures sunk its teeth into my calf I ground my teeth in pain but ignored it I then jumped up about five feet into the air toward the rock wall at I did I stabbed my sword into the wall holding us just out of the creatures reach I then looked around and saw a near by ledge I then reached into my pocket with my right hand every movement sent a wave of pain thorough my entire body but I was not abut to give up yes I then pulled out a short rope with it I tied myself to my sword the best I could with one hand I then lend back letting the rope support my weight then with my left arm I tossed larien over onto the ledge as I saw her land on it ok I let out a sigh of relief as I did the rope holding me up started to fray I quickly took grabbed my sword with my left hand taking the weight off the rope and there I held on for dear life only about a foot out of reach of the creatures

I had numerous bites and scratches form the creatures my leg were the creature had bit me was bleeding badly I looked over toward larien to make shore she was still ok she hadn’t woken up yet but she was still breathing “and I thought this couldn’t get any worse” I said to myself somewhat laughing as I dangled above the ground holding onto my sword I then looked down to the ground to see that a large group of the creatures had gathers beneath me they were jumping up trying to reach me “well at lest I know that when I fall I’ll have plenty of these things to brake my fall” I said still laughing trying to keep my own spirits up trying to keep myself from giving up

A bright flash of light fell from above and erupted into sering hot flames behind Tramer and larien. The blaze had incinerated and rosted the majority of the little insect like creatures that were dwelling down there, that surrounded tramer as he was trying to get to higher ground. A fewmore blazing spears of fire fell from above hitting the rock face infront of Tramer leaving craters to create a very crude stair way, up the 600 or so feet.
"Hey kid!" A voiced called down from above, "Get up here, I'll cover you."
With that he hurled another ball of fire at the little creatures that were regrouping beneath Tramer and Larien.
Tramer makes it up the cliff while Epotheros covers him and they make it back to the stable managers house. ((Quick and to the point, so we are all now in the stable manager's house.))

Clover felt something on her cheek. She opened her eyes slightly. She made no comment to Epotheros, but rather watched him leave to retrieve the others. Attempting to roll over Clover found herself unable to. Pain seared down her back. Laying on her side was her best bet to not causing anymore uncomfortable times. A small weak sigh left her mouth before she fell back to sleep.

Hugging her knees tightly against herself she noticed a long scratch on her calf. Tears of anger and frustration filled her eyes.
You are such a fool. Why would you expect him to help you when he thinks you abandoned him?

As soon as we made it to the stable I collapsed having no more straight as I sleep I my dreams were interrupted my a surge of pain into my mind but I could not wake up even thought I tried I found myself in a large cavern illuminated by torches I new this was a dream but something about it didn’t fell right then I saw her is was the sorceress her skin was pail and see wore a black dress “its been along time tramer” she said calmly as she sat down on a chare that was not there a moment ago
