Lady Mako
"Princess. being kind and giving, wont teach you to be a great magic caster. you cannot rely on being kind. she needs to learn to be more rough around the edges once in a while. it's the only way she can master her powers. she wont learn this if i dont teach her. maybe it is a good thing gridel is going to make her his apprentice. maybe he can teach her some things as well"

Sil turned around to see a young man, his face covered by a mask, "Prince Mordrid?" he whispered, Could this be the tide turner, the prophecy? he thought, many fo his men were turnign towards Mordrid, some looking with serious expressions, other with interest, but all of them were remembering the prophecy,
In the time of darkness, one will rise, in the time of action, two will fall, in the time of sorrow, two hundred will rise in the time of love, one will rise above them all, all that was will be, all the will be, has, and all that invoke their fate, choose their own path, be it love, sorrow, action, darkness all will choose, you have choosen your path, all can be undone, yet nothing can be remade, in the time before time, all will rise,

SWEET **patting Mako's hand** Mako, just remember that you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. Maybe this apprenticeship with Gridel will teach Serenity plenty, yet enable her to keep her soft edges. Though, I do respect your opinion. Now, enough of this. Do you have any thoughts about how we might trick the evil king?

Sil looked at the sky, "Very well, If that is your wish than i sahll attend the council," he said, plainly, then his eyes squinted, quick as a flash he grabbed a bow and arrow from a nearby rack and shot the arrow into the air, his soldiers didn't appear surprised at this, two seconds later a bird dropped from the sky, but it was no ordinary bird, as long as a mans arm and twice as wide, "a spy," he said coldly, with no emotion.

SWEET Actually, my father, in seeing the gold resources of our kingdom start to fail, wanted to avoid the kingdoms' devastation and sought an alliance with King Mordrid wherein I would be married to the evil King and the kingdom would receive an enourmous amount of gold from Mordrid. It was supposed to be agreed that any child of the union, whether male or female would inherit this kingdom and King Mordrid would have command of the kingdom until the child was 18. The problem was, my father was mislead about King Mordrid and did not know that the evil man would destroy the peace and harmony of our Kingdom and corrupt any child of the union so that it would be just like him. It is curious that his son, Prince Mordrid is the opposite of him. Do you think there may be a prophecy involved?

"princess, it seems that way, i cannot think of any other reasoning for the difference between King Mordrid and the prince. i have heard of the king's hatred and also of the prince. they are so different. one could say they are not even blood related."

SWEET **Seeing Prince Mordrid cross the courtyard goes to him and whispers in an low voice** May I speak with you? I am curious about you and want to get to know you better. I think it will do not only us, but the kingdom a great service if we were to further solidify our alliance. But may I ask you to remove your mask? it makes me nervous. **Mordrid removes the mask and smiles down upon the princess. Sweet is taken by his handsome appearance and smiles back shyly.** Oh my, I don't know that was such a good idea, now I am even more curious.

MORDRID
sensing his heart reaching out to the princess Mordrid pulls her close and kisses her for the second time. She readily meets him and they embrace. My sweet princess i must go to my men now but i will see you tonight.
later that evening all the leaders and advisors are gathered together in the tent that is used as a headquarters. Meeting the princess's eyes he longs for her company alone but knows now is not the time. He must address the assembled group.
Mordrid: I have no need to go into why we are all here. Time is short and so I will be to the point. The danger ahead that faces us is grave indeed . What is needed now is for all of your ideas and suggestions to be brought forward here tonight. All will be considered and by morning we shall have to decide our course of action. Now i will be silent and listen to all your proposals.

MOYLENA once you pass the main dining hall, you will find the staiwell to the royal chambers, you will not be permitted there unless the guards have been advised that permission has been granted. To the right past the library is the staircase to the guest chambers. You are the third door on the right, Serenity is in the one across the hall from you. The guest sitting room is the last door on the left. **opening the door to Lady Mako's chambers, escorts her in** Now, although the princess is a very intelligent and possess many skills to protect herself, I still worry for her. I fear that any plan that may be placed into action will involve her further and potentially expose her to further danger. I would like to see if you and I can come up with a plan and keep the princess involved only on a need to know basis. This way, she can be protected and will not have to lie to anyone about her knowledge of the plan. My understanding is that King Mordrid, although an evil man, is very suseptable to the beauty of women. He although he stays within the castle walls, his guards have orders to let young beauties enter and dine at his table. If we supply you with a wardrobe of beautiful clothing, provide you with an unmarked coach and small guard, you will have the appearance of one such beauty. Once you get into the castle, it will be up to you to use your wiles to entice the king. Do you think you can do this?
