Ooare = requires at least 10 hours sleep a night or else ends up looking like a zombie. The dreams use about as much energy as I get from sleeping, otherwise. And

Ooare = occasionally truly disturbed from graphic, violent, frustrating or terrifying dreams. Few people get dreams that wake them up on a regular basis. Mine do. I one had one in which I was walking through a tunnel, and I would be killed in some graphic, gory way on the way through, and then just come back again at the other end of the tunnel to do it all again. I'd be walking along, knowing I had to get to the end, then see the knives spring from the walls and the blood and then... have to do it all again... and again... it was far too real, and far too frustrating and painful and disturbing for me to wish it on anyone.

I had a dream that included a Gorillaz interview sequence. Too bad I can't remember what it was about.

@Ooare- Damn. You got some serious-a** nightmare problems, but then again, I have dreams where I kill people(usually with knifes). I beaten someone with a rake to death once in my dreams. eek
Usually, the only pain in my dreams comes from my head. I remember drinking a can of iced tea in my dreams, only to find out it was like drinking liquid lightning.

It didn't hurt, it was just scary... and it was a one-off, about two years ago. But it was so scary and vivid that it's stayed with me to this day.

I don't think I ever had nightmares that disturbing.(Well, maybe the dream where I saw this girl getting raped, but I can't even remember any details).

Anyway, I had this dream last night were I was at a party in a mansion. I remember this one part where 2D, some girl and I were taking drugs in a small room and having conversations. Next thing I know, he's ********, I don't remember. gonk
Well, it was either me or her. I'm hoping it was her....

@.@ Odd.

I had a dream last night, and... well, the majority of it wasn't related to Gorillaz, but the end was.

We were going through this huge museum-type place with a tour group (we bring my brother and I) and we finally came to this top room, which was surrounded by windows that let all the light from the sky in. There were exhibits everywhere, and as I walked around them, I realised that they were all about either human rights, peace, or animals that were threatened or extinct.

The music playing was 'Demon Days'. It made me cry.

So, I looked around, and I found a pile of CDs. There was a kind of special-edition Demon Days CD in the pile, with all this lucious artwork of storms inside - for example, if you unfolded the insert, it showed this massive cyclone, but the skies around it were brilliant gold. The Gorillaz were in the pictures, of course, but I only really remember Noodle - she had fake angel wings and a halo on, and was looking adorable sitting on a cloud.

Anyway, I was asked by someone why I was crying, and I told them that 'Demon Days' always makes me cry (it doesn't...). This person showed me a few other similar CDs, and then told me they were all produced by TaXa, which was some kind of record company owned by someone Takamuri and someone who's last name presumably started with Xa. Apparently, they would find these facinating bands and songs, and they released a song each month, and then put together compilation albums of them (and the Demon Days one I'd found was one of these, with artwork done by the Big H). 50% of their income went to charity. I then took a walk around the exhibits, which were... how do I explain this... real. Looking at them would take you to where they were happening. So I saw animals suffering, the homeless, the war-stricken, the pained...

...now I'm looking for a charity to donate to. See? Some of my dreams do come out for the better...

Seriously, what do you do before you go to bed? I want cool dreams like that! lol
PostPosted: Thu Jan 03, 2008 9:41 pm

1. One Coka-cola a day
2. Bed time latest at 11:30
3. Music as you go to sleep
4. Sleep in. Make sure you get into deep, deep sleep.
5. Have a really unhinged mind and barely any line drawn between reality and imagination.

That should do it, I think.

Latest at 11:30? lol That's not gonna work for me, it's already 12:46am where I'm at. The music as I'm goin' to sleep part won't work, either. I can't wear the headphones that go inside your ears while I sleep, and that's the only kind I have. And I share a room with my sister, and the only noise she can handel when going to sleep is a fan. The rest I'm pretty sure I can do. lol

I'd stay up later, but mum gets pissy because she can see the light from the computer room from her bedroom.

Technically, with drawing in bed and imagining included, I'd get to sleep at about 12, maybe 1 each night.

That's kinda sucky, but at least most people on Gaia are Americans, and have to go to bed before you do, right? lol
PostPosted: Thu Jan 03, 2008 10:02 pm

Yeah. I mean, it's only three in the afternoon here right now.
