I really REALLY can't see it happening still.... People need to learn to move on from it....it has gotten REALLY old.

I do agree but people out there still have their hope. Which I think they shouldn't have because they keep leading the fans on and stuff and that is wrong. But whatever. IF they get back together, I know we all will still watch anyways so either way they win.

Exactly. The writers' pathological need to keep the hopes of each fan faction up - up, but never fulfilled - is one of the things that's holding them back and stopping them from doing anything really adventurous and interesting, but it keeps the ratings steady so they'll keep it up.

Just as you need to move on from your chlois theory..In which many of your points were proven faulty.

I say stupid things alot..and it is only right that I get to criticize the chlois theory as Chloe does to Clana.

We do have a thread designated for people leaving. Ironically, it is titled "Leaving?" But yeah... by the time you see this there will be no use for it.

But the creators should realize how REPETITIVE they would be if they did. Trying to make something about forgotten and old relationships is pointless and is really not healthy for a show getting into its last years. This is when they need the viewers the most, other then when the show first starts. As much as I love Smallville, which you all know is A LOT I'm not sure I could find it in my time to sit through an hour long show just re-watching the same old Clana relationship being ripped apart at the seams. we all know it doesn't work, and we all know they will break up, why is it that some people can't just grasp the concept that they HAVE broken up and there is really no need or any necessity for them to get back together. The show did PERFECTLY fine without the meaningless Clana relationship.

The relationship would be different if Lana knows Clarks secret..

But it would not clear up EVERYTHING. Just simply telling Lana his secret would not instantly clear up any doubt she had about him before. Then she would Dwell on how he "kept big secrets" from her and she would be in a constant state of paranoia always wondering if he was keeping anything else from her. There is always going to be the misunderstanding as well, as to why Clark could trust Chloe with his secret and not her. Even if that wasn't his decision.

Which is what should have happened in Reckoning, for the record, and didn't, and is one of the reasons that Reckoning was so poorly executed if you ask me.
