jashu555 A complete stop? I don't think you can have this one. It has no way to react to it, unless you have a jutsu that knows that your using something in the area that can provide a defense. But I'll have to say you'll need to touch this up a bit, because you could just stop someones heart, or a person and walk over and cut off their head. I can't stop their organs or body and stuff I can only like stop their hands or their attacks or other things like that.

I don't think we can get it to where you actually use it on people, but consult Drago directly to see if he'll like it when he returns, if your willing to wait. But as of now, since he's not here to deem a final decision, I'll say no, you won't be able to use it on people using a physical melee combat attack.

Hidden Sand
Chakara String morph
Allows Hurdy to morph his chakara into different long items. They cand be physical like a rope or chain
examples:
Physical:
Chains, rope, wood(would be like a staff) Snakes, eels, and other long animals, or little things like bugs maybe?
Non Physical:
Water( would be like a straight litte blast, as thin as the chakara string) Fire, ligtning(wouldn't ba able to control it, it would just shoot straight)
What do you think?

The physical part is fine, but I don't get how you'd do the non-physical part if you cannot manipulate it.

I would just create the element, like if I pointed a finger at you and the shot a chakara string and turned it to fire, it would shoot a single stream forward. then go away.

Akasun
Hidden Sand
Wooden man conection
Allows Hurdy to combined his puppets together to make stronger ones, also including him because he is technically a puppet himself.

Hurdy ~ Wooden man connection is alright but no fusing yourself with your puppets. Thought it would be kind of interesting to do that, no fusing your character with his puppets.
Nyu ~ Eh. I dislike the theory of literally stopping something in mid air. If you made it like super-slow motions that scientists use to observe bullet shots, then that would be a maybe.

hurdy13 it's not a perminent fusion, just like connecting pieces together, I can't do that? ... Eh, if you fuse a limb or two, then alright but you can let your imagination do what you want if it's puppet fuse with puppet. I have reasons why you shouldn't fuse a whole puppet with yourself.

It's purpose was so If I use the human puppet techniqe, I could use the puppet clan jutsu easier. Also to put it together with my hand made puppets as well.
