Exxos I have never kissed... sweatdrop Don't sweat it, neither have I. redface I have never ridden a bike into a pond, but since that is pretty much careening out of control, does unintentionally speeding down a gravelly hill count (and almost falling into the ditch at the bottom)? The first time you thought you were being watched by a scary something in the dead of night in your bedroom.

(Maybe one day we can remedy our mutual lacking of kissing redface )
(Yes, I will accept gravel into a ditch)
When I was 14, I thought aliens were in my room, but I shrugged it off. The next day, there was a perfect 122cm square burned into the ground in my backyard 6mm deep.
The first time you tried to use salad tongs without success? Bonus points for slipping and sending the salad across olive garden.

(Maybe... redface )
The first time salad tongs told me I was their bit** was when I was ten and they kept slipping out of my hands and into the bowl. Salad was bumped out of the bowl onto the table and floor - luckily, I was in the relative privacy of my own home.
The first time you realized that if you didn't have bad luck, you wouldn't have any luck at all.

I would say that that was when I was 4 as my ribcage broke and made a sound like a cabbage being town in twain.

IRL or through the wonder that is photo/tv? Cause if it's irl, then about 10 years ago when my mom took me and my brother to Sea World.

xd I wasn't targeting you personally with that.
When I was about 2 and decided I wanted to take a bath outside. I ran out wearing only my little bloomers and through the in-construction sandbox.
First time you forgot you were wearing your glasses and had to wake someone up to help you find them so you wouldn't be late, only to have them point out that you were wearing them.

I was about 22. I should have known they were on since I am nearly blind without them - though this was back before I had decided to not wear my goggles all the time and my eyes degenerated a lot since.
First time you totally misunderstood a question in class, responding with a good, but irrelevant answer?

rofl I was (and still am) the exact same age when it happened to me.
Never... but that's only because I am totally self concious and hate public speaking, therefore, I hardly ever answered a teacher's question (unless absolutely forced to by vindictive teachers).

When I was 3 and learning to read and write. I found that I could escape into a safe place, if only for a little while, and when in doubt, make my own. Books are the body of our world and words are its soul.

When I was 3 or 4, and listening to my mom read The Chronicles of Narnia. I then had to attempt to read it for myself (my mom always said I was an advanced reader).

Crane flies. One flew up into my face as I was walking across a lawn when I was 4. It scared me so bad that I refused to walk on grass for 3 years.

I was 5. The haircut was so bad, I did not cut my hair again until I was 22.
The first time you dyed your hair an unnatural color (at least for something not a tropical fish, bird, cniderean, arthropod, or flower)?

Well, I've never dyed my hair an UNnatural color but the worst color I did was black (which for me, would have been unnatural). I am of Nordic descent; we're a fair haired, light eyed people and black just makes us look like the walking dead. I nearly gave one of my high school teachers whiplash AND a heart attack when he saw me with my new colored hair.
First time you realized what you wanted to do for a career when you grew up.
