"I have no idea where they went. Right before we were looking for your luggage they were there. And when we came back they were gone. I took the water bottles from the man and his boy." Hurley said pointing at them. "Maybe they took them back?" Hurley asked.

"Okay, well we need to find water before something bad, really bad, happens. Go to everyone and ask if they have water and explain to them why." Jack said.
Charlie was off near the edge of the jungle. "Has anyone seen a woman named Kenzie?" He asked random people.
"Okay, Sydnee. Its gonna be alright. Lets keep looking." Kate told the girl. She knew, that the chance of finding her mom was slim but she didn't want to give up hope.

After Hurley introduced himself, Desmond nodded. Then he raced off into the jungle--reaching the hatch with three seconds before SYSTEM FALIURE. He quickly typed in the code and let a huge, long breath.
He wondered how he could possibly get somebody down here to push the button. It would definently have to be some one stupid--and he would have to play it up for sure. "Yes, I uh... need your help," Des was planning it out already. Maybe he could ask that blonde woman?

"Well why would they take it back?" Claire questioned trying to get her mind of her thirst.
Boone quickly stood up and turned in every direction quickly scanning the beach. His attention was grabbed by Claire and Hurley whom he left a while ago, he quickly ran up there. "The water is still gone? Claire how are you. You okay?" Boone asked as fast as he could. Claire could barley make out what he was saying. "Im thirsty but you need to take care of your sister." Claire said with clear concern in her voice. "Yeah yeah i was just making sure... the water..." He looked up distracted. He walked a few steps ahead of him and heard a loud crunch noise like something broke. Boone moved his foot and it revealed a half drunken bottle of water. Without any further delay Boone grabbed the water. "Claire, i'll look for water for you but right now my sister really really needs this." Boone said as he ran back to Jack and Shannon and shoved the water bottle in Jacks hands. "Hurry." Boone said panicked.

Jin grabbed the tag of his luggage and wagged it in Sun's face. "Got mine too," he smiled. Sun ignored him, looking in the direction of Shannon and Boone.
"Look over there," she said. "Those people. One of them is hurt." She and Jin hurried over to Shannon and watched as Boone returned with the water.

Boone looked up at Jin and looked away. He saw him before shouting at Hurley and Claire in Korean. "Listen man i know you just want to help but we got this one." Boone told the man before he could say anything.

Sun stood behind Jin, silent as his shadow.
Jin figured that Boone had wanted him to stay away, but he said anyway, "What is wrong with her?" He pointed at Shannon and then looked up at Boone.

Boone understood Jin's sign language once he pointed to Shannon. "Shes fainted." Boone said slowly using hand motions so Jin could understand too.

Jin smiled softly and backed away. Since this guy was actually helping him understand, he wouldn't bother him. Sun and he retreated back to their bags of luggage and began to move them down the strip of beach.

Hurley sat back down on the sand whiping the sweat from his brow. "That man was odd wasn't he? Hurley asked Claire. He was staring to wonder when rescue was going to come. So much has happened in the last couple of hours that he was exhausted and wanted to lay down in the sand and sleep.

"Yeah. Now that you mention he kind of just came and went, no sign of him now." Claire said remembering the brief conversation they had before with him.
"Okay." Boone said getting ready to lift her up. On the count of three they moved into a shady area a few feet away from Hurley and Claire.

Sun and Jin tried their best to relax on the beach. They were both sitting next to each other, not speaking. They knew they wouldn't be of any help to the other survivors.

Desmond sat at the computer, tapping the table. This may be the last time he would ever have to push the button. There were forty two minutes left. As soon as they were done, he would rush up to the beach and get that girl, Claire to come down. If not her, maybe he would ask the man... what was his name? Oh yes, Hurley.
