"The design of this trinket stands for protection," Sora smiled. "I don't know if you need it or not, but with Kaiba being your brother, and all of the troubles that's gotten him and Mokuba into, I'd say you could find it useful."

"I dont need any protection, I got my chain." Sam says. "Just keep it for yourself or one of your friends." Sam says, handing it over to her.

Sora raised an eyebrow in interest.
"Returning a gift can be seen as rude to the one you first gave it. Not even your brother handed back to me the item I gave to him. Are you sure you wish to disgrace yourself like this?" she questioned.

Sam sets it down. "But I am confused as to why you would give anything to me. Tell me your reason and I'll accept your gift." She says, crossing her arms. Like her brother she would sometimes analyze the situation to see what was the best choice. After all she didnt even know Sora.

"Hm?" Sora leaned back against the wall again. "I need a reason? Well then, let me think." She took her glasses off and with the corner of her sleeve she wiped them off, then slid them back on. "My reason was to give it to you just because I felt you'd need it. That is all. Take it if you want, if not, well then I'm sure someone else could find it useful but I didn't make it for someone else, I made it for you. Just like I made Kaiba that key I gave him."

Sam sticks it in her pocket. "Thanks then I guess..." She says but was kind of worried that something was wrong with it. She might wear it later but now she felt most comfortable with it in her pocket instead.

Sora gave a small, keen smile then cocked her head to the side ever so slightly.
"Is that all? Or are you purchasing something as well? Or will you not because your brother finds this place disdainful," she asked as her eyes seemed to laugh silently.

Hinote looked at the door for a second and then looked back at Yugi.
"Awww man Yugi, whats with your sis, I was just about to pick out a card too......", Hinote said disappointedly. He could tell Yugi was about to apologize for his sister and try to explain something he really didn't understand himself, so Hinote interrupted him before he began.
"So, should we make lunch for everyone then or just ourselves?", Hinote said curiously.
"I don't know how many other people you are having over for lunch, but I took a semester of Culinary Arts, so if you would like me to make lunch for anyone else I can, or I can just make it for you, your sister, and I. Its up to you." Hinote knew Yugi would feel awkward, but he was used to it because this wasn't the first time he offered to make food at someone else's place for them.

Sam rolls her eyes. "Just because I am his twin doesnt mean I have the same thoughts." She growls. She was sick of being catagorized just because of her new last name. "And yeah I wanna buy something." She says and walks back over to the cards she was origionally looking at.

Sora leaned over the counter on her elbows, her chin resting in the palms of her hands. She frowned slightly. She'd insulted Sam and she knew it.
"I meant no harm to you," she said softly. "I was only joking though that was wrong on my behalf. I should have known that you'd be sensitive to that. I'm sorry."

"Whatever..." She smiles a little at her. "It must be nice have Yugi as a brother, being the king of games and all. Although I havnt heard many nice things from Seto about him. Mokuba seems quite fond of him. Have you met Mokuba? He never really mentioned you."

"I know of Mokuba from Yugi but I've never really met him before. From what Yugi says he sounds quite nice," she smiled full out but then it vanished; she didn't seem to hold smiles long. "As for being Yugi's twin sister I find it to no amusement. He is the only one anyone talks about and when someone realizes who I am and that we're related I'm only bombarded with questions about him. No one asks me of my dueling skills or how I am. It's Yugi this, Yugi that, Yugi, Yugi, Yugi! It really does drive me insane."
She sighed. "Hmmm yeah, I guess you look alike but that doesnt mean you have any of the talent your brother does." He says with a smirk. "Trust me, just because you are family doesnt make you as strong as each other, I should know." She glanced over at Sam, remembering Seto's words.
"You want to know something? You're brother is the only one to even mention anything about what skills I could have as a duelist. Even if it was an insult," she laughed at this, a full-fledged laugh.

Joey checks his pockets and realizes his low on cash. He then smiles at Luciel. "Change of plans, lets head back to the gameshop, we can probably scrounge something to eat of Yugi there."
Luciel smiles innoscently back at Joey as the head back towards the gameshop. "Your friend is Yugi Motou and he is the owner of the millenium puzzle. And if I was nor mistaking that girl at kaiba corp also had a millenium item. Then there was that strange guy I met in the park who also seemed to have an item."
"You know about the millenium items Luciel?"
"Of course all the creatures of the shadow realm do, plus I have one of my own."
"ah yes I remember you mentioning that earlier" replied Joey as the arrived out front of the gameshop. As Luciel heads towards the fron entrance Joey stops her.
"Not that way, here we will take the back entrance." he says.
Joey knocks on the back door.
"Yugi you home." he yells

"You could cook something if you want. I'm sure Sora will be joining us so you can make a meal for three?" Yugi smiled, he felt terrible for making his guest cook but Adrian had offered and Yugi was a horrible cook; normally Grandpa or Sora made their meals.
A knock sounded on the door and he turned on his heel. He blinked as Joey's voice called through the door. He watched the blonde wave to him from through the window.
"Joey!" Yugi laughed as he opened the door. "There's no need to knock, you're always welcome here."
