look to the Western sky... Nini was jostled out of an uneasy sleep when she heard shouts on the deck. She hurried onto the deck, looking around.
"What's going on?" she asked, noticing that the others looked frightened. As someone told me lately,
everyone deserves a chance to fly

Kibo: All hands? Got it!
Kibo crosses his blades, and many spirits appear ondeck, each heavily armed with muskets, sabers, pistols, and more.
Kibo: Now, what exactly is going on?

Kibo: Wait... I got it!
Kibo switches his blades' sheathes, making his wings appear.
Kibo: You two!
He points to two nearby spirits.
Kibo: Arm me!
The spirits run over, turning into small balls of light. They touch the wings, and change into perfectly-fitting armor, on both the wings and Kibo himself.
Kibo: Okay. Gwen, would you finally like to inform us why you called us all on deck?

Bigfoot pulls out his telescope and trys to get a better look at it again. "I can tellyou one thing, and that is that its headed straight for us. It look like its going to ram us."

Kibo: Not if I can help it.
Kibo shoots into the air, gaining a vantage point.
Kibo: Alright men! Ready!
The spirits pull out rifles, pistols, and other firearms.
Kibo: Aim!
They aim them at the bulge in the water.
Kibo: FIRE!!

Still looking through his telescope Bigfoot yells to Kibo, "It didn't seem to hit it, try and if that doesn't work lets fire a round of cannons at it."

Kibo: don't bother with the cannons. We can't aim them downward... wait a second... The Gauls!
Kibo snaps his fingers, and all the spirits without firearms disappear. He crosses his blades again, and twenty-nine massive men appear, clad in furs.
Kibo: Vercingetorix!
A man with several gold chains hanging from the fur looks up.
Kibo: Aim those cannons at that!
He points to the cannons, then to the bulge in the water. The fur-clad man looks around in confusion.
Kibo: Go!
Vercingetorix nods, and shouts orders to his men in a foreign language. They run over to the cannons and load them. Then, four men to each, they slowly lift them into the air. Two more men hold their hands against the back of each cannon. Another man runs up, and prepares a flaming piece of rope.
Kibo: Fire!

The Gauls fire another round of cannonballs at the bulge.

Kibo: Yes, there is. I need you to steer the ship so that we're out of its path, but can still fire at it. If you push down on the pedal below the wheel rythmically, you'll be able to move faster. I have an idea.
He crosses his blades again, and several spirits appear.
Kibo: Go out onto the water and fight that thing from there!
The spirits nod, and jump off the side of the ship, landing on the surface of the water. They unsheath their blades, unholster their pistols, and charge the bulge.
