Aki snuggled the lady in his arms, She was still asleep and he just watched her. He played with her fin a little then just went back to watching. When she opened one eye he smiled a big pleasent smile at her, "Hey sweetheart" He leaned in and kissed her nose

Topanga smiled, fully pleased & completely relaxed & satisfied. "I love you, Aki..." The clownfish female murmured, still half asleep. She snuggled closer into his embrace. "You make me so happy..."

Aki laughed, "you make me feel the same way. I lookforward to all the time i get to spend with you." he kissed the top of her head again. He loved the way she felt against him. It was perfect, blissful was the word that came to his mind.
He just stayed watching her, petting her once and a while, or giving her a kiss. sometimes he ate a bean, though not the best she was right about needing the nurishment from it

She wiggled happily against him, laughing lightly. Opening her eyes she kissed him & smiled. Topanga giggled, seeing him eat another bean. "Did I wear you out so much, Aki?" There was a definite playfulness to her sleepy tone.

"hummmmmmmmm" Aki said but did not answer her question. Though his arm snaked around her. He sighed happily. After a moment he said, jsut as playful, "Just being around you wears me out, i am to in love you are all i can think about." he got a bit more serious though, "though it is true, i do love and adore you."

Topanga felt warm all over at those words & shivered gently, moving sleepily closer in his embrace. She ran a fin lightly across his torso, watching the action. Then she looked to catch Aki's eyes. She forgot about the joking for the serious for the time being. They could play more later. The clownfish female could feel her heart thumping heavily as if trying to get closer to him. She wanted to tell him that she wanted nothing more than to be with him -only him- forever, but could not bring herself to do so. Not until she had been tested. She had seen no new beta since meeting Aki... she did not want to hurt him. If only she knew if she could be true!
But when they had been apart... it was his face, his touch, his smile that returned to her and made her smile. She had hardly heard the teases of her tankmates, or anything else for that matter. Topanga shuddered at what that might imply... that she not only loved him but was in love with him.
She wanted to tell him, but all that came out was a sleepy, very husky "Oh... Akiii..." before Topanga closed her eyes & kissed him -showing then all the feelings within her she could not find the words nor understanding to express.

Aki just watched at Topanga woke up. He was just happy being there and watching the female still in that sleepy lingo. Aki knew he could spend the rest of time with her. She was so sweet and he felt like he was falling more in love with her ever moment he spent with her. He giggled a little when she fan a fin over his chest, and with her trying to get closer he lifted his arm so she could be right next to him.
He also loved the feeling of her being around him. though he did not have a qualm with telling her he was still a bit worried about what would on with with her. he knew she was younger them him and did not have as much experance with thing in the tank, he did not want to take that away from her... but he also knew that he loved this girl. When she said his name and give him that kiss, that full of emotion kiss he was puddy in her fins. After the kiss he was panting.
When he found his voice he looked in to her eyes, "I feel the same way..." and it was all he could say

Her deep blue violet eyes were glazed with emotion but managed to widen as her heart if nothing else picked up on the implication. Topanga dared not look away, and truthfully she had no desire to do so. If he felt for her as she felt for him even in all her confusion... The clown female pressed tightly to Aki while shivering slightly. She was barely the eldest of ther tankmates... and yet Elanorriel was by far wiser than she. It was so hard to hear her own thoughts over the pounding of her heart. Very softly Topanga started to speak. "I don't ever want to leave you, Aki. But..." She brushed her lashes along his shoulder lightly. "I would miss the thrill of seeing you again after being away. Maybe... maybe only short aways?"
It was hard to snuggle into his neck without breaking eye contact but somehow she managed it. "I don't wanna be without you... Aki..."

Aki brushed the back of his hand accrost one of her cheeks, "Short aways? The only way there will be long aways is if you tell me to leave. I think we both still have duties with in our tanks to fully be with eachother. But even if we," a blush crept accrost his face, "move in together we could still have that excitement of seeing one another, like if i am off collecting things, and you are off visiting others, Knowing that we have eachother to come home too..." he had a hard time finishing the thought. "I know you have some comitments, and do not want to just yet... but will you think about it? please?" There was a little pleeding in his eyes but it did not make it to his voice. He could be content just spending vacations with this one. but he also knew she had his heart and he did not want her to let go.

Her heart caught within her. He had asked her again. Different this time -asking to live together instead of being mates... but was there much difference? But living with him... that would mean most time with him, less time with her tankmates... but still pleanty of oportunities for that thrill of seeing him again when they had been apart...
It was a no brainer. Already her head was nodding for her heart & body, just waiting for her thoughts to catch up and say what the rest of her had confirmed. It was not a matter of not wanting to. Topanga wanted to. Oh how she wanted to.
Topanga shivered violently as if cold; though she knew she was not. The look in Aki's eyes touching her heart in ways she could not even begin to describe. "Y-yes."

Aki let out a happy releved sigh. Then he took the female up in to a passionate kiss. Once it was done and he caught his breath he was smiled at her. He was so happy, "I am glad you will move in with me. This does not mean we have to be mated, i know how you feel about that, and i really do understand. But you have to know you have my heart and the thought of waking up next to you every morning fills me with joy i did not know i could have." He gave he small kisses all around her face

If she was a cat Topanga would have purred. The clownfish female moaned softly into the passionate kiss, panting lightly with heavily glazed eyes. She was in love. They might as well be mates, for all her heart was concerned. It was her head that was uncertain. Her head that did not want to hurt Aki in any way -because her heart already loved him so much. Not that Topanga understood any of this. A thrill went through her, imagining what Aki suggested even as she gasped & giggled happily as her face was covered with small kisses. "Oh! Aki! Same me!"
What did it matter her thoughts were so blissful she could barely talk? Laughing gaily at herself Topanga pulled closer to the evolved male.

Aki was smiling at her inability to talk. If he had not trained himself to keep a clear mind with all the beta in his tank he had to deal with, he was sure he would be talking the same way as her. "when you wake up more we can go looking for a home together. Maybe by where we first met? it seemed close to both our home tanks. and you never know when we will have to go back." He was also thinking of her interest. knowing they where both very involved in their tanks and with tank mates he did not want... well yes he DID want to keep her all to himself, he just would not allow him to

"Maybe someplace in the gardens?" Her voice was husky, thoughts of waking up in Aki's arms to go our of their home and make love in waving fields of multi-hued seaweed coloring her words. "Short aways... "
With Elanorriel taking most of the responsibilities that might otherwise have fallen upon her, Topanga really had no need to return home to her tank. But she loved her tankmates & would want to know they were doing well. Ducking her head into his neck Topanga nibbled there lightly, indicating exactly in what way she was awake.
