I'd rather Lee shaveh is eye brows...Sasuke wearing make up is good, but he'd look like a geisha, and those eyebrows are a crime against humanity.
Would you rather have Orochimaru snake raping Gaara, with his tongue and who knows how many serpants, including the one in his pants.
Gaara sand raping Orochimaru, him having taken an anthro shukaku form, and using any sand to rape the b*****d.
Or the sannin all singing I'm too sexy, along with their old man of a teacher.

Woudl you rather...Naruto getting Sasuke pregnant through some sort of Kyuubi intervention, and Orochimaru attempt to steal the child as his new vessel.
Naruto having beaten Sasuke at the valley fo the end and going to Orochimaru for greater power he didn't think Sasuke deserved, and end up releasing the Kyuubi beyond control and have Kyuuto rape Sasuke and have him carry his semi-demonic offspring.
Or watch a tone deaf Lee and Gai singing on Americna idol and have to be forced to listen to their screeching and rather poorly selected songs...

So...Orochimaru pulling off a henge of a totally uke Naruto to get into Sasuke's body...and then smex his old one which is still Narutoed.
Or Itachi giving birth to Kisame's brat, as an egg before it hatches into a child...and having to carry the egg while it hardens.

Gimme Itachi doing the dance numbe.r..although I'd much prefer HIM doing the strip tease, but take what you cna get.
Would you rather, Sasuke kill Sakura so he could be with one of the ultra smexy bishies of Naruto while having Naruto hang her outside his apartment to draw flies for Gamakichi, or woudl you rather Kakashi kill Sakura so Sasuke can be with someone other than him, and Kakashi can just use Sakura's corpse as a coat rack.

(playing off the Neji thing)
