Vincent. He's the coolest. But for power reasons I would choose Cloud from his Limit Attacks.

If i would have to pick a character i would like to be it would be Zack. The reasoning behind that is in the beginning of the game. Cloud basically acts like a reincarnation of Zack because he basically steals his idenity when he has the Mako posioning. This in turn shows that Zack had to be powerful. And the only reason he was pwned by the guys with guns in the first place was because he was taking care of cloud. The buster sword origianlly was zacks so i also think the first few limit breaks of cloud also would have been zack's.
