Naruto feels himself calm down. She was right, they weren't worth getting upset over. Besides, more time to focus on the blond beauty in his lap! He blushed brightly when she said going to find their own room for privacy and he can feel his brain start to fizz out. "Uhhhhh...." is all he can say as his brain reboots. He vowed to never, ever let Gojyo know about this moment, because he knew the kappa would never let him live it down.

Rikku giggles, happily kissing his blushing face. He was just too adorable! She had to tell him. "Ruto, you're just too cute!"
Leaning her cheek against his she spoke into his ear, her gloved hand shifting between stroking his neck & running fingers through his blonde hair. "Sooner or later we're going to wear out, 'Ruto... and when we do I wanna be in your arms. All night. Like when we went camping."
She sighed with gentle contentment, almost accustomed now to the way her body sang with Naruto's extended proximity to her. Her voice was even softer when she spoke again, but still loud enough to be heard. "We could go to my workshop... you could meet my family in the morning. I know Trel will like you." In fact, Trelweny had already said as much. "Unless you'd rather take me home... I'd like to tell Yunie she was right..." The gloved fingers of her other hand plucked almost nerovously at the orange sleeve of Naruto's jacket. "
"And... I'd like to meet your family too. If you want."

Naruto knew he was in a bind. He could either stay with Rikku at her workshop and possibly be killed by the male pets there in the morning. Or he could take her to his home...and never live it down from everyone else there in the morning. He starts kissing at her neck, hopefully to distract her and buy himself some time to figure out what he can do.

The shinobi's ploy is successful. For now. Rikku's purr intensifies & she practicallly hums with pleasure as her eyes close. "mmm..."
Her touch on Naruto's arm that had been plucking at the fabric there clenches almost possessively to both sleeve & the arm inside. The fingers in his hair lightly clench & unclench with each kiss. Rikku curves her neck sensually in response to his touch, silently asking for more.

Naruto doesn't hesistate to continue to kiss along her neck, almost forgetting why he started doing so in the first place. His tail wraps tighter around her waist as he presses her closer, but when a particularly loud note from the music makes him wince, he remembers where he is and slowly stops his kissing, pulling back and blushing his head off.

Rikku jolted a little, startled. Then she smiled at Naruto, her eyes still hazy. She chuckled a little brushing a slightly shaking hand over the shinobi's reddened cheek. "Guess we'd better decide whether to dance more or call it a night, huh?"
Slowly she unwound her tail from Naruto's leg. Rikku really did not want to get up, but again she could not expect them to stay in one spot forever no matter how nice. She wiggles in his lap & pets his tail before giving Naruto a mock-pout. "I'm stuck..."

Naruto chuckles nervously and unwraps his tail from her waist, "Heh...I guess we better head on home, don't want to be out too late, you know?" he says sheepishly, not wanting, but not wanting to get Rikku in trouble for staying out really late!

Rikku spurng lightly to her feet, going the band-aid removal method of getting through something she really did not want to: leaving Naruto's lap. She took his hands in hers, swinging them lightly near the hem of her skirt as she smiled at the ninja. "So... whose home?" Rikku tilted her head innocently at him, realizing that Naruto had never answered the question. Then as if reminded of something suddenly herself she grinned like a kid in a candy store."'There's no too late anymore, 'member? Curfew's lifted!"

Naruto sighs in slight disappointment when she hopped out of his lap so quickly, but he stands up himself, squeezing her hand lightly. He gulps and blushes when she asks where they should go for the night and he tugs on her hand, "L-lets head outside! I think it got even more crowded in here!" he says, tugging on her hand to lead her out.

"Yes lets!" With a bounce in her step Rikku follows him out. She pauses only once to turn and glare at the owner of a hand that got too close to her backside. Of course, the man backed off & looked apologetic almost instantly. Rikku did not feel like taking the time to think about whether he had meant to do it or not. It was over.
She waved a cheerful goodbye to the door attendant & breathed in the chill night air. A shiver overcame her and Rikku laughed at herself. "Silly me... I forgot to change!"
With that she activated her GunMage & snuggled into Naruto. "mmm." She just stood there, breathing in the scent of him.

It must have been lucky for the guy that Naruto didn't notice what had happened, or the shinobi would probably never be allowed back into this particular dance club again. He breaths in the night air and sighs softly, smiling. He steps back when Rikku changes into a different outfit, and he wraps an arm around her shoulders, nuzzling the top of her head and kissing her temple.

"mmm" Rikku closes her eyes happily, adding this moment to the countless others she is happily storing in her memories. "Why is it that no matter what we're doing I find it so hard to want to do anything else when I'm with you? Because we're in love?"
Although it was becoming clear that she must have loved Naruto for quite some time now, the actual concept that she was in love blew her mind. It was only today! BUt today felt... longer than normal somehow. Love again?

Naruto shrugs as he leads them over to the hover cycle, "I don't know, it could be love. But I know it feels right to me." he whispers. But as they near the hover cycle, he can't help feel a little dread over deciding where to go next. He just hoped she forgot that she wanted to stay with him for the night or he wasn't sure his brain could take it!

Rikku leans her head slightly upon his shoulder as they walk, again that feeling of "rightness" that goes perfectly along with what Naruto is saying. She nods in agreement., smiling softly. As they near the cycle Rikku things she feels Naruto tens ever so slightly. Leaning lightly against the cycle Rikku holds him gemtly at arms length, looking him over worriedly. "What's wrong 'Ruto? If you don't wanna go home we can go somewhere else first."
Unfortunately for Naruto, Rikku was not likely to forget. However she could be convinced that tonight was too soon. Her thoughts for the sleeping arangements might be innocent, if only becuse she was not seeing past simply having Naruto by her side.

Naruto shakes his head as he looks at her, letting out a sigh. He didn't want to keep his nervousness away from Rikku, no matter how embarrassing it may seem, "No, we should probably head home....but maybe we should wait before we...sleep together in the same bed. It's not that I don't want to with you, cause gods know I really want to!! But...I think we should wait a little while on that, you know?" he says, scratching the back of his head, hoping he hadn't driven her off with his insecurities.
