I have a bed thats on stilts, and under one half of it I have, what can only be discribed as a nest of pillows and a spare blanket. It also has a lamp and a CD player, so I usualy curl up under there. Plus it has a curtain and when its pulled shut no one bothers me.

Preferably the sofa. Any kind of soft chair...I don't like it when the TV is on because I get distracted, even if I don't like the programme which is showing. and I don't like the radio on either...because I just hear the words instead of reading what's written on the page.

I was reading The Phatom of the Opera in the bath the other day, and almost dropped it! What an adrenaline rush...

It really depends for me. When I'm at home I tend to just place myself on the couch and read there. The unfortunate entrails of choosing such a position, however, are that, innevitably someone comes along to watch tv or listen to some music, causing me to need to move. We have a library, not a large one, but sufficient, in our house, and, ironically, I absolutely hate reading in that room. Otherwise, I tend to enjoy being outside on our back porch in one of the sun-chairs, even if it's freezing or raining outside (thank goodness for the overhead deck!).
Vacations, however, I enjoy being out in a lobby of all places. However, this tends to be at anywhere between midnight and four a.m., and, therefore, few people are about to disturb me. I used to read walking all the time, between classes, though, I tend not to enact so anymore.
I have to be isolated to read, generally, otherwise I get distracted and talk with people.

I want to read in the bath, but I can take baths because of my stupid house, it won't "Do" bathes, but I'm moving, so I can wait.
Until then is probably my bed, though I normally read at school.

I looooove to read outside! Under a tree, on a bench... I've even sat on my friend's diving board. ^^ Any nature+book is paradise to me. It's just so relaxing. =)

I'll read anywhere with a comfy seat and good light. I don't even mind the cat jumping on my lap, as long as she stays off the book itself.

I'll read just about anywhere, but I really like quiet places. My favorites are my bedroom on the bottom bunk of the bunk bed I have (I have people over a lot), the library (of course!), and on one of either my grandmother's or my dad's boat.
What can be more relaxing than reading on a tied up boat, sun shining, sitting in the shade, and feeling the waves around you?

I read in class. I like it, it's an escape.
But I have no prefrence, except for my one little spot outside. :3 As long as it's comfortable, I'll read anywhere.

Bane Rieko What can be more relaxing than reading on a tied up boat, sun shining, sitting in the shade, and feeling the waves around you? I just did that this past summer on my uncle's pontoon boat. You're right, it was very relaxing.

I'll read pretty much anywhere except the bath, the car and anywhere where I know I'm only going to be there for under ten minutes. I absolutely hate being interrupted.
I suppose the best time for me to read is when I'm sick. But I don't get sick often, which sucks. When I get sick, I'm pretty much bedridden and screens of all sorts hurt my eyes. That's where the books come in. And I can read to my hearts content and actually finish them instead of start, get three quarters way before being swamped with work and not being able to finish until weeks later.
