Psychotic.Muffin Woo, Ray High school, Corpus. Anyone else? I'm freshman, but we're moving down to 4a next year... Which means we're awesome. Our judges were so STUPID! I mean really we got a 1,2 and then a 3? WTF! You think your judges were stupid?
Last year we received 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 13th.

Okay, we should have made it to state marching band this year, but the judge cheated us out. Schools even vouched for us!!!!!

Liberty Hill!
Probably, the only thing you know my school by is football, because we're back to back state champs. Yay!
Band, however...is underpaid and unappreciated. I'm still the best tuba. xD

Hey - I go to Frisco HS in Region 24. On a side note, does anyone know the current Frisco directors, Mr. Ringel and Mr. Hunley from Clark in Plano? Or Mr. Hazzard and Ms. Hoeflinger, the currect directors at Creekview HS in Carrollton (Frisco's previous directors)? Just curious - post or PM me. Oh, and check out www.friscoband.com for FHS crap.

Marching season for North Mesquite started out good, then at the Centennial Marching Festival, we were the only ones in class 4A to get a 2. We all thought it was messed up and we tried our absolute best out there too... One of those judges were on crack, i swear. But then when it came to our last competition, that was also the same night as the homecoming dance, a lot of people messed up on purpose just to go to homecoming. A lot of people were upset and so was the head band director. Man, i feel sorry for him. Heh anyways, for ALL-REGION, I'm the only freshman {clarinet player} from my school to make the Full All-Region Band. 5th chair Concert band, which i've heard is pretty good for a freshman.
We have 14 People who made the band and 3 alternates...
I had a blast with band this year and I hope for the next 3 to 4 years, everything will be better.

I'm from Alvarado High. ^^ this year was the first that we had a 4A band. ^^ lol. we went to Burleson for USSBA and for some other competition. XP we were the smalllest 4A band there. XP it was sad...we had... 104. next year, we have 66 new players coming in as freshman and we'll be a BIG 4A band. ^^ YAY! I'm Freshman. band is awesome and i love it. especially the trips. aww...the fun we have on the band bus....*day dreams* the ride to and back was always more fun than the acutal game or competition. in my opinion anywayz. ^^ I've got some WILD band bus stories if you guys wanna hear them. ^^ PM me and i'll tell you one. lol. it might be a little PG-13. lol.

I'm still the best tuba. xD dude, you guys! our team played you and our band was crushed into your tiny stands because our assistant band director insisted we only use two of the three available stand thingys. and then people threw mechanical pencils and rocks at us... we don't like each other apparently... i'm from wimberley. lol, KONG!!! we're 3A. this year wasn't an advancing year for us, but we did get second place at Cap City in Austin, all 1s at UIL Regionals and fifth at the USSBA Texas State Championship in Pearland... our band is kind of smallish... but i love them. i played bass guitar with the pit this year, but next year i'll be marching trombone.
